The room was very clean just old and outdated. The staff were good. Overall the stay was fine.

A C DID NOT WORK .NO HOT WATER NOISE

The room was clean and we appreciated that. When we arrived, a staff member was on the phone, obviously speaking with a customer regarding internet connection. She was visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes and saying things like, “yea, I guess I could come to your room and help figure out the WiFi”. It was awkward for my daughters and me. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature, however, there dirt all on the bottom of the pool and the stairs. Had it not looked so dirty we would have used the tool to remove the debris floating on the top of the water. It was a beautiful night so we opted to lay on the pool chairs and enjoy the sun setting instead of swimming. Although we had been offered to request a late check out at 3:00 or 12:00, they were both declined, which I understand. Sometimes late check out works. Sometimes it doesn’t. However, I received an email early on the morning we were checking out which asked us to let the office know what time we were checking out. I indicated 11:00, however, the cleaning staff looked inside our window three different times to see if he had left earlier. We wanted the curtains opened for the morning sunlight , but very intrusive having the cleaning staff looking through the window several times to see if we had left. After the third time we just loaded up the car and drove home at 10:00. Wouldn’t recommend this motel. Even though it is classified as a hotel, it has a very motel-sy feel to it.

I know it's a pet friendly hotel, but dog hair should not be all over the bathroom floor.

Probably the worst hotel stay I ever had. Based on the Expedia reviews I expected it to be basic, but well kept. The way the property is presented online is a drastic misrepresentation. It is in poor repair. The room I stayed in had a section of tile in the bathroom that was poorly repaired and showed signs of mold. The furniture was dirty and not functional. Drawers wouldn’t open, lamps showed dirt and visible damage, the chair in the room was covered in stains. The room had a sickening sweet smell from a plug in air freshener that caused me to feel ill. I can’t imagine how this property has the rating it has on Expedia. I’ve stayed in some pretty ghastly places in third world countries and this place tops them as one of the worst.

The pictures on the website are not a good representation of the property. It’s essentially a low end motel trying to pretend it’s an actual hotel. The rooms are pet friendly and poorly maintained so be prepared for pet hair literally everywhere including inside your bed.

Overall, it was decent. The 2 water leaks in room 128 were a down side this morning. Otherwise, room was clean and functional. Staff was welcoming & friendly at check in.

In nice area of Cedar City with nice views

Doing remodel / large boxes in hall way ; workers in elevators, Bathroom baseboards were filthy - probably hadn’t been cleaned in years. Toilet seat was

This is a nice enough place to stay for a day or two. Beds are fine. Breakfast is slightly above average but nothing exciting. There is a laundry (which needs a trash can) but they can't make change for the machines at the front desk! Pool is not heated and not warm even in the summer. Near lots of fast food and gas stations.

Refusal to give a refund even though we needed to leave a day early due to a family members illness

Clean spacious room with the most comfortable beds and bedding

As a woman traveling alone with a child and pets, I felt safe here. Parking was available right in front of my room and I was able to do laundry. I def recommend for a safe, quiet night to rest.

Nice Pet Friendly Hotel with a dog run near the room. Room doors are OUTSIDE (motel NOT a hotel) .... and our west facing metal door and handle were EXTREMELY hot (the day was very hot) .... kids touched the door and were surprised to feel how hot it was. The room was clean, and the staff honored our request for a first level room (to avoid the stairs for the dog and kids -- no elevator). Breakfast was minimal: but we DID find something that the kids could eat. The shower head needed to be de-scaled, but worked. Nice stop on our very big road trip.
