The manager was not nice at all

First thing ,the two girls up in the front desk were not friendly at all. I had to go back cause on my second day my key didn’t work.The room had a very bad smell. The floors were dirty. The wallpaper in the bathroom was falling down and the worst part is my door wouldn’t shut all the way so I had a very large gap around the door so that’s probably why I had ants in my room

Loction was convenient and my family felt safe. But the hotel needs a lot of TLC really a complete renovation is needed. There were areas of mildew on the walls and ceilings. The stairs near our room were falling apart. One of our rooms smelled like cat pee. The worst part is our toilet stopped working and for some reason this property does not have maintenence on call so we had to plunger our own toilet this was after maintenece supposedly fixed it the day before.

Hot tub was nice pool was cold to me! I would have preferred to be on an upper floor rather than ground level.

It was great but we were only given 3 towels for 2 people and they were shower towels and pool towels. When we asked for more, they said they could only switch out towels. Also, I was disappointed that they did not clean rooms daily.

The mirror was dirty the bathroom floor was pretty dirty as well the toilet seemed like they haven’t cleaned it. The shower walls were pretty dirty

I came to the Ramada because of the location close to the airport and the beach. Several places to eat and drink close by.

Good price for the area but the rooms really need a renovation. Peeling wallpaper, tired amenities

Manager very nice - one clerk genuinely caring - Expedia switched my check-in date to following day so they played the FULL game when they had plenty of rooms open. The switcho-chango to a king suite from queen doubles cost me 280.00 A full 140 over the reservation price..Shame on me for staying 2 nites after the date switch game to generate more income. Miss Hospitality lied to me - must be Chinese owned by Excel - she blatantly lied twice. I'm cured now - no more Ramada or Wyndham or receivership baloney - cant wait to see it razed, its a dump !! Totally "GHETTO"...only a few rooms have clean walls and carpets - most are thrashed. It was a great port in the storm for past 20 yrs but its hit and miss today !!

Wonderful stay for our family reuion. We had a few rooms and they were all Comfortable, Clean and the hotel Location was convenient. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub area. The laundry area came in handy. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day.

Our room was a suite, with a sitting room and a bedroom, which was great since my husband always gets up earlier than I do. The furniture in the sitting room needs to be updated, the couch is not very comfortable. They provide a free breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. however one morning of our three day stay they ran out of food pretty early. They blamed it on a missed delivery,

Nothing like pictures. Room smelled like urine, dirty carpets, tiny towels, no pool towels, had to track down housekeeping and get extra towels ourselves. Wall paper peeling off walls, trash outside our room, pull-out couch/bed super old, entire room and property was WAY overdue for renovation. Not worth price at all.

We have been going to the Ramada Limited since the 1990’s. This was the worst stay of all the times we have stayed. The first morning they ran out of food and milk for breakfast. The clerk told us at check in that the hotel was going through a renovation soon. We will be looking forward to coming back then.

Close enough to the beach to drive back and forth. Hotel was great for my family.

The hotel needs renovations. The room smells badly of mold and mildew, and the carpet needs to be replaced because it is filthy. My husband walked from the bed to the bathroom with socks on and he had to take them off because they were filthy. A little too noisy from people making too much noise by our room. I was also not allowed to take our pet to the hotel even though it said it was pet friendly. I made reservations way prior to the date when the rules were changed. Even after I was told that I could not take our little dog, after we arrived at the hotel there were people walking their dogs. I was told when by someone there that my reservation with my pet should have been honored. I will no longer be returning.

Room not ready at check in of 3:00. Room smelled like Aunt Spray. Mold in bathroom. Lawn moving at 7:30 am, seriously? Breakfast Room was under construction. Soiled Carpet.

I always ask for quiet room and to be at top, but I was given on second floor people on top were ok.

This hotel is about to be renovated, so we were told. Presently, it is dirty and in need of repair. The pool grout is crumbling and filthy. The staff absolutely does not allow early check in and they are grumpy about it.

Our sink in our room was clogged, the water would not drain. No microwave in the room. Stains on chairs, cracked tiles, smelly carpet. Not worth how much I paid for it.
