Good staff and has all amenities. Not quite though.

The staff was professional and nice. My main issues are probably more of a company wide problem. I've stayed at a few Ramada's already and they have one of the worst breakfasts in all the hotel chains I've booked. Their designated breakfast areas are always too hot to stay to eat and not very many options. This one in particular, had particles in their juice and the milk was luke warm.

Room very small, cramped

The property is located in a great area: it is within walking distance of the harbor where there is a nice walking path along the harbor. It is relatively quiet, and there are plenty of places to eat. Gas stations, supermarkets and shopping centers are close by. I was disappointed that the floor of my room was made of slats of wood, and some of those slats had corners that stuck out and were painful to walk on, so I had to wear my shoes in the room. Also, the breakfast was pretty minimal. There were no hot eggs, bacon or sausage available.

Old property but very clean.

It been great staying at the Ramada. I will come back again to this hotel.

I appreciated the easy check in/out process and how quiet the rooms were. The breakfast area although basic, provided many staples similar to the larger chain hotels. It was a quick and convenient stay!

Was a nice place to stay,close to MCRD base. It is a bit older place but definitely comfortable to stay at. Staff is amazing. We are from Texas and will definitely stay here again

Very convenient location for Shelter Island with parking on site. Needs some updates, but the pricing is excellent, staff cordial and the only complaint was apparently some broken plumbing that brought sewer smell throughout the building and gnats everywhere.

The hotel crews were so hospitable. The place was accessible for leisure. Kudos.

Generally a run down property that has been sloppily painted over. Breakfast was all cold except for the tasteless waffles, with no attendant to keep the room clean and juices stocked. The elevator was only fit for a munchkin. Location near fisherman's landing was the only bright spot.

they had a metal wrap around the bed that made loud bending noises any time you got up.

They need to update their info on an airport shuttle. It was disappointing they don’t because the many travel companies said they offer a shuttle, and this is why I booked this hotel. I was upset at first, but the staffing saved the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful with great customer service. Way to go! I’ll be back.

The location is fantastic, but that is the only good thing. The walls are as thin as paper. Could hear every footstep and conversation around. Breakfast is not good.

The front desk didn't have laundry soap and the laundry closed @9pm so I was unable to wash my clothes before leaving.

It's good for the fisherman but for my family we found it dirty weird smelling and every morning there were worms crawling on the ground the place really needs to have some upgrades. I would recommend going elsewhere

Good, close to the marina.
