We arrived there early but the front desk girl let us check in first,very nice.The bed is comfortable.

La habitación estuvo limpia, pero no se respeta el no fumar, muy molesto olor a marihuana . Nos cambiaron de habitación por qué había cucarachas de cocina 😣

The entire hotel smells like cigarettes despite having non-smoking rooms. The mattress had what looked like blood or poop stains and the curtains also had stains and dust all over them. Definitely would not recommend.

You get what you pay for, pretty dirty hotel, I asked for a towel and a blanket and I never got it, so I decided to ask again and just got a pool towel because they run out of regular towels. Also just out of our room someone peed and the smell was terrible plus we had cockroaches in our room

Thought the customer service was great, the property maintenance was the worst I've ever experienced. First I get a non smoking 2 queen bed and it smelled like someone just finished smoking in the room. The second room we got made me and my family nauseous and sick. The room had poor air circulation and there was mold in the refrigerator. We did not stay in the room for more than 15 minutes.

Great customer service, room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Swimming pool dirty and no hot tub. No breakfast. Area where hotel is located was sketchy homeless, druggies, and prostitution all around hotel. Can't even walk to to local restaurants.

I stayed here due to the distance of where I had to be that day butThe room and building were dirty. There was cockroaches in the room and lobby, only one person was working the front desk he did his best but the line to check in was terrible. The bathrooms in the lobby had no toilet paper I asked for a non smoking room and was placed in a smoking section. I asked for towels because our floor was wet and never got them. Don’t stay here it needs to be revamped asap.

AC was quite noisy. Since it was cool at night, just turn it off to go to sleep. It wakes me up whenever the AC fires back up.

Worst hotel experience. Period. Short staffed. Did not want to work. Lazyness/ no customer service attributes. Cigarette smell in elevators. Urine smell as your entrance to the hotel. No a/c in Lobby/humid. Low quality mattress and stained sheets. Torn sheets. Torn curtains. Loose Faucets and shower head. Floor was sticky/ Couldn't walk barefoot Not much insulation/ could hear music from both sides of room. Homeless around parking lot. Loose women around the hotel. Hotel was over booked/ thank god i checked in at 4pm.

Reggie helped us get a similar room to the one we had last time since we liked it on our last visit, so shout out to Reggie! The room and hotel were quite good as usual.

Everything seems doesn’t work. The hair dry , tv remote control. Pool not heated up .

The convenience to the location where we needed to go was good. One of the reasons we chose the place was because it was a Ramada. The room had a strong odor which took awhile to get rid of. The traffic and party noise was loud and there was an issue with the drain initially not working. The staff was very helpful, courteous and dealt with drain problem. Everything else was out of their control.

There's a lots of prostitution on that street, noisy, loud music playing in the lobby, not clean at all. I will never go there again, hard to park on there premises. Trash in the hallways, iwill never recommend this place too anyone,

Rooms need deep cleaning

This place was very outdated and unkept

Came in a quarter to 7pm to check in and didn’t get a room till past 8:15pm get to the room and bed have hairs and bathtub public hairs and room not swept horrible experience idk if it’s because it’s a weekend but they’re short staffed, they sent a senior lady to clean the room I felt bad I had help her clean the bathtub AND change the sheets and pillow cases HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Not worth 200 a night!!
