As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many issues overall. The only real highlight was the swimming pool, which our child absolutely loved

It was a little noisy and not very clean, it was good price for a quick sleep to catch a flight the following morning

I went to check and staff informed me that I had made reservations for the next day, she showed me the screen pointing out how I was mistaken about the day. I showed her my phone, which had the receipt from Travelocity as well as a message from Ramada Inn confirming my stay on the proper day that I arrived. She said they were having problems with their system, communicating with Travelocity and Expedia, and in the future I should call them directly.

I booked through hotels.com because it was a cheaper rate and the front desk staff couldn't price match low enough. And then I felt like I was treated differently by front desk staff because I had booked through a third party. Like they had a chip on their shoulder about it. The room was decent, although the air conditioner was very noisy. If you are a deep sleeper, it probably wouldn't bother you, but I am a light sleeper and it kept me awake most of the night, but was needed because it was unusually hot during our stay. The courtyard was nice and the bar staff were friendly. It was very convenient to the airport and rental car return area. Room and bathroom seemed to be clean.

We chose the hotel based on the waterslide, however, our child was too short to use the slide (48” minimum). The breakfast and staff were lovely—lots of options for various dietary restrictions. Our room was a little dated with some mildew buildup particularly in the shower and some holes in the popcorn ceiling. My daughter loved the starry effect that the popcorn ceiling had when we turned out the lights. Had we just been staying overnight to catch a flight, it would’ve been perfect, as it’s within walking distance of the terminal, and you can park your car at the hotel for the duration of your flight if you book directly with Ramada for a $30 fee, as I was told. I did find it strange that when I asked why our room had not been cleaned our second day into the stay, I was told that “for the safety and security of our guests and staff, we don’t go into the hotel rooms to clean.” To me, that means that either you consider your guests or your staff shady and untrustworthy. But perhaps there’s another reason. Or perhaps that’s one employee’s misunderstanding of how the hotel is run. If it is common practice that housekeeping does not go into clean during a multi-day stay, then why are envelopes provided for tips inside the room? It didn’t make sense to me. I had left a tip, which housekeeping didn’t receive because no one came into our room to clean. When I called the front desk, they were very kind to bring fresh towels and garbage bags, as our child is in diapers. Mixed stay.

An easy walk across the street to the airport for a super early flight. The water slide is also amazing!!!!
