We like the location & friendly staff. The property is under construction which we were not informed. With such a price we didn’t appreciate & Hope we could get some reimbursement for that inconvenience. Regards, Hy

Loud at night, also no hot water but overall close by markets and restaurants which was good

Stay was ok. Only problem was I was charged for an extra room once I arrived. After contacting multiple people they refuse to refund. Be careful when paying and double check all charges.

Very clean and close to the asian shops

Front staff and Annie were amazing. Very welcoming, kind, and professional.

When I arrive, the staff was very rude. Didn’t even ask me why I was there.

Location is great. The hotel and our room was clean which was even better. The room was spacious too. The only issue we had was they had construction in the front lobby which made difficult to bring our baggage into our room. If that lobby walkway is a permanent construction it will affect our future booking there.

Some of staffs are not friendly and the property is under construction in this period of time. The baths look great after upgrading but there’s some missing of amenities.

I requested a shower cap twice and no one sent it to my room. Breakfast was terrible.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, and the trash cans in the room did not have trash bags. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and lacking in basic customer service etiquette, such as smiling or greeting guests. The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. TN
