The bathroom shower had no shelf to hold the soap or shampoo container while you showered. The bathroom was overall good. The microwave was old. And they had a loose chair in the room. It was a good place. No daytime breakfast.

Very clean, owner has pride ownership Not a fancy place but cleanliness in the rooms and outside must be recognized! The young lady that checked us in was great! Received excellent customer service! It’s a great establishment for visiting family in the area convenient

Staff is excellent, especially this young fellow with a beard. He was a really good dude. They even let me check out an hour and a half late because I had to come back from a football tournament at Palomar College. I would recommend this motel to anybody, friendly staff and very understanding about people situations.

I was glad that my whole family of 6 could fit in 1 room as i have small children, so that was awesome.

Great location right next to Barnes and dancing was great peaceful, and quiet location peaceful and quiet location, cowboy country theme downtown will be coming back for vacation again

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for a job we were doing in town. The job COULD have taken up to 3 days to complete, so I booked 3 nights. We got it done in 1 day and only needed to stay 1-night. We checked out at 12:00 the very next day. While checking out I asked for a printout showing we are checking out early. I was told I couldn’t get one. The girl at the desk said “You booked and paid through Expedia, so you need to go to them to get a refund for checking out early.” So that's what I did the next day. While talking with Expedia they said they need to confirm with the hotel that I checked out early. They called the hotel, and the hotel said they would NOT issue a refund, because apparently I booked the rooms at a "non-refundable rate". So while checking out, the girl sends me to Expedia, then Expedia sent me back to them, back and forth, back and forth... They basically STOLE $600+ from us. I told the hotel if I didn't get a refund, I would be leaving bad reviews all over online telling all of yall what happened. They refused, so here I am. Be careful how you book your room with these thieves, folks...

The room had a weird scent. You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable. Some of the repairs and renovations were ok. Friendly staff. Good service.

Great value - if you need a place to stay in the area, this hotel is most certainly a good choice. Although the property is quite old, the rooms have been updated with some modern fixtures and features - so the rooms are a bit of a mix between new and old. The housekeeping is at the standard for any hotel or motel in this class - no complaints. Its pet friendly too!

The string lights outside were so cute! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice

Charged twice

Paid extra for 2 Deluxe QUEEN size beds one was queen one was double. The bed frame was for a queen but you could clearly see the difference and gap. Informed the staff and they wanted to argue that all the mattresses were the same and it wasn’t their problem.

Beautiful location. Room is too small. Wasn’t really clean… it did the job but wasn’t all that..,

Had to listen to people in next room getting freaky and people upstairs stomping, walls are thin. Towels very cheap and thin leave little pieces of linen all over you. Pool area was good for hanging out, liked the grapevines growing around the fence for somewhat privacy.

Most terrible stay. Had to leave and they didn’t refund me. Room they gave me was dirty. Trash wasn’t taken out. Towels from previous person wasn’t collected. One of the bed was not cleaned. Telephone in the room didn’t work. They offered another room but left a bad impression so I left. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE. Expedia should take them off their listings.
