Many of the problems we encountered are likely due to understaffing. There was no housekeeping service. They ran out of towels when I asked at the desk. Breakfast, no matter what time we went over 4 days, was routinely out of milk, yogurt, coffee, eggs, bread. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were cold, the exercise room was closed, and the key cards became demagnetized at the drop of a hat, necessitating a trip to the front desk more than 50% of the times we tried to get into the room. These issues were also found by my friends in 3 other rooms during the same time period. On the plus side, the room seemed clean, the bed was comfy, the frig and a/c worked, and parking was adequate.

Beds were decent and the room was pretty clean. There was an unpleasant odor for both days we spent there. Musty? Moldy? The breakfast offerings were minimal: dry cereal, waffles, toast. I hoped for fresh fruit and yogurt and was disappointed.

This hotel was conveniently located and the staff was nice. However, the interior is outdated and our room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. (It looked like they forgot to vacuum.) It was a noisy hotel partly because doors are old and do not reduce the sound coming from the hallways and the walls are thin between adjoining rooms. Guests who stay should be aware that the conference space is rented out and they could be subjected to loud party music that goes past 10:30pm.

I thought the staff was very helpful and attentive so there was no issue there BUT the facilities look very poorly kept and they desperately need a large overhaul and renovation. There were dirty walls, leaking ceiling in the shower and it was just overall bad. Also they pool is down this half renovated sketchy hallway to the pool which is this dingy musty pool area in an enclosed gymnasium with poor air flow. Staff were great but facilities was very bad so I would not recommend you take the chance on this place, spend the money to go to another nicer hotel like the Holiday Inn in the adjacent parking lot.

It was unreasonably expensive for the room offered

The outside was rundown compared to the online pictures. The rooms were OK but a bit dirty. The hotel didn't have a good feeling to it and we didn't sleep well because the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was not great. I wouldn't stay here again.

Building looks nothing like photos. Pool looks nothing like photos and its dirty with 50* water. Beakfast had bad bananas and nothing much to choose from. Room had open window to let cigarette smoke inside or whatever else is outside. There was holes on the wall, cigarette burns on chair in rooom, the phone was unplugged from the wall, and when we plugged it in no one answered at the front desk. Everything was falling apart honestly. Whatever the photos showed was a lie.

There was no ice machine on the first floor! No vending. There is no ADA way to get to the 2nd floor. Only stairs. Check-in was slow because key cards for multiple guests didn’t work. There was so much noise couldn’t sleep. You hear every toilet flush within 5 rooms of you. Furniture was dirty and looked worn out, door handles loose etc.

Man kan de at stedet har haft dine velmagtsdage, men sådan er det desværre ikke mere. Det var ok til en hurtig overnatning og så videre. Sengene er små og det kniber med at to mennesker kan ligge ved siden af hinanden. Morgenmaden var to stk toast og vaffel. Værelset var langt fra rent og vandet løb konstant på badeværelset. Prisen på dette hotel er helt fair.

Wasn’t the Red Lion of my youth. Nice staff, but hotel definitely in need of renovation. Clean and wuiet, but looks “high mileage”

Beds were comfy. Disappointed that the exercise room was closed and the pool didn’t look very inviting.
