I was traveling to pick up my family. The people were nice. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. Would stay again.

While the cost was very reasonable, the hotel is very dated, tears in the carpets, very worn building. Had to have the door ‘key’ reprogrammed multiple times yet the staff were very courteous. The continental breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean I think the hotel has recently been purchased from Ramada to Red Lion and they plan to do updates over a period of time.

If you are looking for a CHEAP room with a decent pool, this is it. You definitely get what you pay for. We asked for a room with two queen beds as I was traveling with my husband, son, and dog. Our room had two fulls in it. The AC did not work at all and we couldn’t change rooms (miserable with weather in the 90s). We were given a fan to “remedy” this. When we went to open the window for fresh cooler air (we were on the ground floor), there was NO screen on the window so we had to have it open all night with no screen (thank goodness bugs were not a problem), we also had to have our down open so the room would cool off (while we were awake ), which was no fun because everyone was looking in. For the three of us we were given ONE towel and no bathmat. When we asked for at least two more towels for our two night stay, the guy working the front desk acted like it was a very difficult need to meet. We were given the towels so we could each have one, but nothing in the room was refreshed during our stay. Most of the complimentary items (Kleenex & soaps) were empty. There was visible food on the wall by the trash can, which was never emptied. The furniture and artwork on the walls had a lot of marks and broken bits. The breakfast was ok for a post Covid continental breakfast, but they were out of a lot of things and the Joyce was not good. The pool is nice if not a little awkward being in the main lobby and not closed off. Not heated/ a bit cold. Lots of dogs off leash.

The bathroom was horrible - the toilet had poop splatter all over it. The bathroom sink looked like it was never washed. The bathroom had drop ceilings that were dirty, molded and not sitting right creating large gaps. The shower had huge sections of peeling paint on tub. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. The pillows on the bed were throw pillows with white full size pillow cases folded around them. We slept there because of lack of options - at least the bed appeared clean and bug free. Mattress was probably 30 yrs old. Non of us showered there cause the bathroom was so gross we figured it would make us more dirty. Very disappointed- I am fine about stuff being old as long as it is clean - this hotel was NOT clean!!

Well, let's see the room was never cleaned. They made the bed with dirty sheets brought up to the manager.The manager did not do anything about it

The room that I booked was extremely hot and the thermostat would not adjust to get the room cooler. The heat caused me to sweat all night and I was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't recommend any of my colleagues or family to book a room at this hotel.

The location was excellent for our visit and the rates were exceptional. Had several issues with our room keys working in locks and our first room had an extremely noisy air conditioner fan. The staff moved us to another room which resolved that issue.

Price was excellent. Carpets in the hallways need replaced. Wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling. The hotel is dated, but was still a lot of fun for the kids with the large pool. Breakfast was a bonus. You can definitely find plenty of issues with this hotel, but for the price and everything that was included it was great as far as budget-friendliness goes.

The staff was great, the breakfast was decent. The bad: rooms had no exterior window, no working ac, smelled of cigarettes, beds were uncomfortable, rooms/bathtub/wallpaper/ceiling tiles were very old and falling apart. All I should have expected for the low nightly rate

Not a single ice machine worked, neither the air conditioner or fan worked, we were given a room upon opening the door we found the room occupied by another guest.

Terrible place to stay, we had a group with multiple.rooms and several Air conditioners didnt work propperly and it was 90 degrees outside. Not a single ice machine worked. Bottom of pool injured several players feet because of pool conditionion. Shower faucets in several rooms didnt work or couldnt change tbe temp. Hotel restrrom was disgustingly dirty.

Rooms are poorly kept. Breakfast was not good at all. Hot tub was extremely cold. Laundry was out of service.

This hotel is very amazing the pool was very convenient our room is literally outside of the pool and by the breakfast they have a plethora breakfast options so you have a full breakfast not just cereal. The staff there was always friendly anytime you came in or out they would say good morning good afternoon and ask if I stay was good I love this hotel overall I would recommend it to anybody.

I have stayed at a Red Lion before and really enjoyed it, however this specific one was not a good one at all. It took over 20 minutes for check in, the room I reserved was not the room I received and they said it was unavailable, the hot tub and sauna were both not available and closed. My room number was written on paper, the couch had a stain, the bathroom ceiling was coming undone and the toilet kept clogging and had a dirty plunger in there to use and there was no screen on window. Would definitely not stay again.
