There was a few issues with the room we were given. The staff handled the problem and quickly switch us to an apropriate room. Staff was verry nice and the price was great.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They remembered me from previous time.

This is a very rundown hotel. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and a light needed to be replaced. It was very noisy. They only serve breakfast and it’s not a restaurant. The staff on the other hand are very friendly.

This hotel is very easy to find lots of available parking stores close by. Very quiet and safe. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were excellent. I have stayed here many times and will do so again.

This hotel has a great location, is definitely a budget friendly option and has plenty of eateries at a walkable distance. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast. We traveled with a toddler and there were plenty of decent options for breakfast.

Bathroom was dirty not cleaned feces in the toilet service ignored the phone slider door came off rail and was told several different stories on when it would be fixed The desk attendant wore ear phones and had to take them out several times for them to answer our questions. Asked for extra pillows because we are both disabled and sleep up right and none were available until the day we left. They had extension cord in the room for tv fridge microwave lamps we had no where to plug in our oxygen machines cpap machine phone chargers. They did say we could switch rooms but we were tired already unpacked for a two night stay. I talk to the manger Easter Sunday morning and she said she was going to talk to the general manager and see about a discount but I never heard back from anyone. Absolutely would not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Super disappointed 😒

This was our third stay at this Red Lion, and as always our stay was excellent! Staff is very polite and kind. The elevator situation is weird, but, all in all, it was a great stay.

Rooms are pretty run down, our microwave kept tripping the power surge strip, our thermostat didn't work so our room was really hot, and the shower was nearly impossible to turn on.
