First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am, no one picked me up again for 45min wait at the lobby. Terrible!

when I first checked in, the room I was assigned was not ready. There were empty beer bottles from the previous guest, no sheets on the bed, and even roaches in the toilet. I went to the front desk to request a different room, and while I was given a new one, the sheets still looked dirty, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the TV was not working — I wasn’t able to watch anything. I did submit a complaint through the agent on Expedia and she was amazing and try her best to help me out with the room and was trying to help me get a refund .and after leaving the hotel for a few hours, I returned to find that clean sheets had been placed in the room, which I really appreciate.

This is a simple, no nonsense hotel. Provides basic services at a great value. It has a puck up from the airport as well. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I was there from 18.-25.7.25. Would recommend Hotel as it is near the Airport and offers free shuttle to it, Hotel Room was nice, clean, modern and with air condition. Hotel is surrounded by large Walmart, small shopping area with bakery, 7 eleven. Located near freeway. Only issue is the bad communication with front desk on the phone. One had a hard time to understand them at all. Additionally they are not directly able to reach by email and our emails had not passed through by the company's head quarter.

they did not want to clean the room, the AC was not working and they did no want to change our room for a better one or at least one with a good ac. terrible experience. Please you should never make a reservation at this hotel, NEVER.

last minute stay after cancelled flight at DFW. hard to beat for the price, but understand that this is a budget hotel.

The tv had no tv channels you had to put in your account info for Netflix and others, also I had asked for downstairs for handicap but because we had a dog they wanted to give me a room upstairs when I told them to give me a refund they said they couldn't do that and gave me a downstairs while you could tell he was upset. They should review for accommodations asked for.

For the price it is what you get. It smelled weird and the air conditioning turning off and on wouldn’t let me sleep and the hotel in itself looks old but the staff was amazing, I was picked up from thw airport super quick and even the drive was sweet. There is no elevator for 2nd level - ing a big deal for me but be mindful. Location is close to 7-11 and a few restraints. Can’t complain. It was exactly what I expected for the price I paid.

It was a good place to stay for the price. As long as you manage your expectations that way, all was good. Airport shuttle helped - BUT make sure you get in right one (North Red Roof vs South), I had to Uber to correct one as I was exhausted and did not want to play game to go back to hotel and wait again.

Older hotel, but room was clean. Close to the pool, that was great. Breakfast listed on website but not available. Booked for 4 people, 2 towels in the room; asked for 2 more and was told there are 2 beds so there are 2 towels provided.
