I suddenly contracted Covid and had to cancel my trip. The Red Roof Inn was very nice about cancelling for me without charge. This is above expected performance. Thank you.

Comfy bed it’s all I needed for the night

Nice, comfortable, clean…perfect pet-friendly place to lay your head.

Bugs everywhere, hair everywhere, dorito crumbs, hot, muggy…I’ve never left a hotel upon checking in and did this time. Absolutely disgusting

I need to speak to a person from hotels.com. The first room had bed bugs, 2nd room had a leak coming through the ceiling onto beds and floor. The wonderful and I truly mean wonderful night person came to rooms 3 and 4 with us. Room 3 had stains on bedding so she took us to another room and again the bedding was stained she was going to change the bedding but I decided I could not stay in this location.

Everything was ok,but its weird that not every room has microwave and fridge

Nice room but the floors were dirty and there were cob webs in the window

Clean but the fire alarm system's batteries were manually removed from the ceiling.

Air conditioner was super loud. Asked for a different room the 1st night but couldn’t get one because they were sold out. We only got 1.5 hours sleep the first night. Should have slept in our car the 1st night. After trying 2 other rooms, finally got a room where the air conditioner wasn’t super loud.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

We weren't familiar with the area so didn't realize that it was in a sketchy part of town until we got there. The airconditioner in one of our rooms wasn't working but we were able to change rooms. 2 of 3 rooms were hot when we went in and trok a while to cool off. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the 3rd room. The front desk workers were all very friendly and helpful, though

The bed was super comfy! Martha at the desk was very sweet, and helpful! Had the jacuzzi room, THE HOT WATER WAS REAL! Loved it! Will be staying again, a nice little get away.

I loved the king bed we both slept so good it was confy, quiet all night was good as husband had done a bunch of strenous heart test. He was exhausted. Would definitely go back

Rest toom bowl didnt work,there were no microwave and fridge .For this condition that is too big price !!

It's an older place but they keep it clean needs to be repainted in the room I was in, have to go to the 1st floor for ice and only working vending machine is there as well no in room mini fridge but over not a bad place for the price

Staff were very kind and accommodating of our late arrival; easy check-in. Beds were clean and tidy. Room in need of repair; towel hook behind bathroom door was not sturdy - screws fell out of the wall. Hallway smelled of pungent Indian food for our entire stay. I rented two rooms; one of which we need to relocate because our lock completely stopped working on the door; wouldn’t latch. Hotel is situated with limited dining options but walking distance to a Walgreens and just a longer walk from that to a McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Kroger’s. We are touring musicians so this stop was a necessity but if you’re planning a family vacation, this wouldn’t be a crowd-pleaser. No pun intended. Overall we’re thankful for a solid nights rest, a shower, and laundry unit which weighed more than the dead roach in the corner of the room under the A/C unit.
