The abandoned building scares everyone away

Tried to cancel the reservation and the cancellation tab would say they would get back to you momentarily and never would. Tried six different times and no response.

This place was nothing like advertised. Very run down and room smelled like a wet dog. Dirty, smelly carpet and fixtures were old and bathtub moldy. Just skip this one. There are better deals on better hotels.

The property was nice. The rooms were clean. The problem is there is no sign to tell you how to turn into the property. There is also a building next to it that is all boarded up that makes the hotel look like it is clean. You have to turn in at Wendy's. Once we figured that out it was all fine.

There was black mold in the showers and fingerprints on the walls! Plus it had a very funkh smell

This place is disgusting- I wouldn’t stay here. It smells like an ashtray, it’s filthy. There is blood on the bedding and holes in the ceiling.

The lobby smelled like pee. The hallways smelled horrible. I had a hard time getting the keys to work. The parking lot needs a major redo. There looked to be mold in the room, it had lots of dirt build up in certain areas and several stains. Definitely not what was posted online. The reason for the 2 stars is because the bed was ok and the ac worked

Smooth check in and check out process…parking lot needs upkeeping/cover pot holes…building smells smoke-infested…carpeting dirty…was limited to 4 small towels for 4 adults and was denied when asked for more

Coffee pot was filthy and mold really bad especially between the two doors from one room to the other. I would love at least half my money back

Good price

The first time I stayed even though 3 years ago. To return this time and it looked like the H&D Motel. Walls dirty that could have easily been wiped clean. Housekeeping in pajamas. Little cosmetics that are easy fix. Parking lot has more holes than Swiss cheese. Sorry didn’t take pictures. Was to pissed to bother. Idk

Right next to highway. No lighting of hotel. Almost didn’t see it , if not for Mapquest.

Generally, Red Roof Inns are decent. Not fancy. This one was not decent. Mildew on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom as well as the vent. The AC vents were filthy. There was a hole in the corner that faced the outside wall. Such potential but it seems no one cares much. I won’t stay there again.

Room carpet was sticky/dirty. Needs to be washed. There were also roaches. Dirty hotel. Just spend the extra $40-50 bucks and stay somewhere else

I got a room for almost a week and only stayed one night barely. I got a nonsmoking room and it smelled like a lot lizard had a party in it. The smoke smell was so embedded into everything that I had to wrap my pillow with my jacket and still didn’t help. The towels smelled like cigarettes, between the mattress and headboard was a ton of trash and hair, stains on the walls that I don’t what it was and didn’t want to find out, bathroom was disgusting with obvious mold around tub, roaches crawling around, and so many other things. When I checked out I went to grab my stuff and get my refund. He gave me the other nights but not for that day because I was a COUPLE minutes after checkout. Location is extremely disgusting and doesn’t look safe with the old busted building next to it, potholes, and the cigarette smell is still strong before you enter the building for the rooms. A lot of work needs to be done here. Will not be going back at all

Very unsanitary and outdated

Only thing positive about the property was price and convenience. Even though the property was clearly marked no smoking of any type it wreaked of weed. Had to go to office the second night to have key card reactivated and the 9ffice also wreaked of weed. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

It was okay for the price

The hotel was smell very bad. I checked out the room and it smelled like the hotel. I asked Expedia to refund my money and they can’t even do it for me. They said it depends on the hotel manager which I believe it’s a joke. Four days passed I haven’t heard back from Expedia or the hotel at all. I won’t use Expedia again to book my hotel since no way to contact them and it took a hundred tries to able to reach them by text only. Expedia customer service was not there when you need them. This was the second time I encountered with them about hotel quality. BTW…do not book any hotel that owned by India people like anything starting with the RED word like red roof, red lion and now I noticed America Best as well. Their hotels were super bad especially the smell. Stay away from it. I will try Expedia again on my refund and let you all know the outcome of it.
