staff was ok, but guys hanging around with loud music I did not like. felt unsafe

As soon as I walk into my room, I was greeted by a roach in the middle of the bed. I went to the front desk to show him my uninvited guest and he looked at it as if he was use to seeing that. He said he didn’t have anymore rooms available and that I could ask the booking agent for a refund. I did just that and still had to find a different hotel with available at 9pm. Booking agent said that the property manager would not issue a refund. Don’t book here!

Terrible experience. Door was not secure (prayed the chain lock would hold...), drapes would not close all the way (1st floor room!), and the bathroom door lock was broken. Seemed clean enough until I saw a roach crawl across the bathroom floor in the morning. I specifically asked about an early checkout (4:00 am) and was told that someone would be at the desk. Well. No one was in the office and the door was locked. Had to leave the key card in the room. Will definitely NOT stay there again.

They was not helping sheets didn’t get changed at all as I requested

Sheets were dirty. Shower had black stains all over. Definitely had bugs.

I would never ever consider that place again and never ever recommend anyone for that place as well. That hotel was unsafe, homeless people were sitting on the main entrance and calling people and going behind them who ever goes in the hotel. In the middle of night some banging my door and it was just so scary, we didn’t answer the door because we were feeling unsafe and they left after 5 minutes. Bathroom and shower was so dirty and disgusting, moldy shower and bugs on the floor. We kept the bathroom looked the entire night so the bugs doesn’t comes out and ran out in the morning to a grocery store near by to use the bathroom. Lucky no bed bugs, so we able to sleep little bit till the door getting beaten up. Terrible night.

Every Single room smells like smoke, the whole entire surrounding area just looks dirty and dingy

The Wi-Fi wasn't good

Process from booking to check-in was easy. The managers at both check-in and check-out were attentive and helpful. There were some patrons outside that were a little loud when we first got there, but we were able to sleep well. Everything was clean and air conditioning was cool. Nearby restaurants made our morning easy to get back on the road.

We found cockroaches inside but overall it was clean.

This hotel not hotel rubish, all roaches anywhere ohh my god . This is terrible. Also outside allnight fight fight fight , music very high volume . Ohhh my god . Help me please . What is this , there is not hotel like circus. Oh my god . Terrible 3 night .

The first room they put me in was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. And after I logged up to the second floor with my pet and luggage, I found that the smoke alarm was continually going off. The toilet seat was horrific.then I went back to the office and they gave me another room on the first floor, which was not that great either I would not recommend this place
