Bed lumpy/uncomfortale. Very very outdated. Filthy jacuzzi tub. Torn shower curtain. Bathroom faucet broken. Questionable location. No amenities. No elevator. Ice room in locked office. No 24 hour staff.

The room was extremely hot,the next morning the manager said yea it's froze up .

Comfortable for the price.

Overall the room was great, clean and nice. My only complaint was the shower didn’t work real good.

The room smelled like cat house at the zoo! I had to go buy room spray just to be able to stay. The lights over bed were so thick with filth I used a hand towel to turn on . All I can say is disgusting

It was a great place fot sleeping however there were no cups in the room and the bars of soap were very small.

Great property! This is our second visit. Lots of space and room. Balcony is with every room and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and living room. Highly recommended! Clean and comfortable.

Staff was friedly at check in. The room I booked had the jacuzzi tub. The room was very run down with damage. The bed was very used and the smell of musty mold was in the room. I was only staying one night for business so I just dealt with it. I used my cleaner from my car to freshen up the room.

Staff made the stay

The first room that I was put in was very dirty and smelled terribly of smoke. Called the office and was given a different room, which was cleaner, but still not clean, with paint-drywall hanging down over the tub shower.

Called and there was not a reservation for us. Said there was no indication we had made one.

The room smelled awful, the floor was gritty, the fridge had mold in it, there was no remote for the tv or anyway to turn it on, and the tub had hair and other debris. When I called the front desk to ask for another room the person working said “what do you want me to do, come clean your tub?” When I asked for another room she huffed and said she might be able to figure something out if I can back to the desk. Most of the town showed as sold out, so we stayed for one night and found another hotel for the next two nights. Expedia helped us get a refund.

The main door didnt shut tight. It was noisy with sceaming and banging on the wall. The bathroom door didnt lock and there was no plug for the tub drain. Not enoigh towels for three people.

The only thing i didnt like was the ac didn't get as cold as I had liked. But everything else was good. Water was hot, beds cleaned, i checked in late and woke up early to meet my appt. So it was quiet.

It was a good place to stay for the event that was attending. I hate that i had to give money deposit before i got the room. The room was clean.
