The "free" wifi provided only if you join as member, which was not indicated in advance. We knew only when we checked out and need to pay for wifi. Luckily the receptionist assist to registered as member in order to wavie the charge, though it took a bit of time.

Really noisy and too much time spent on negotiation to room change. Not recommend.

An adjoining room for the kids would have been nice or just a cot in the double room. Family of 5 needing 2 rooms is a bit much.

Close walking distance to pike place market

This hotel is not a good value at all. I could not believe you had to be a Marriott member or you had to pay $12.95/day for WiFi. I have never heard of a hotel doing this before, but maybe it’s because I mostly travel internationally. The room was dark but clean. The front desk staff were friendly.

Staff always had an attitude no matter what time of day. And extremely expensive for what? They do not have a pool and no complimentary anything, you have to be a member or join their rewards program to even get free WiFi. Ridiculous. And the prices at the Bar? Grotesquely pricey for mediocre drinks. Can’t imagine staying here again.

Not very walkable for someone with mobility issues…staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. Accommodated us with early check ins and late check outs and when a previous guest in an adjacent room left an alarm set for 4:00am (!) they responded immediately.

It was clean enough. No complaints there. Shower drain was somewhat lacking. Bathroom was small and had a sliding door instead of one that fully shut. Big room with plenty of space. Convenient location to walk or cheaply uber where we needed to. Didn’t love that the cleaning lady, on the morning of checkout, pushed her way into the room when we answered the door saying we weren’t ready for a turn down. She came by at 9, check out is at noon. We had plenty of time. She literally pushed her way into the room when we answered the door.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful

The staff is excellent. Location is very convenient.

Staff was great

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay. We paid for a room with a city view. Instead we could see another building and the windows were filthy. On the second day we got to our room and the room was not done.

Hotel is ok

This is a very nice upscale hotel. The staff are very helpful and cordial. Overnight parking is a bit pricey but you can self park or valet. Hotel amenities about. There are two dining options on site. The hotel is about 5 blocks walk from the Pike Market Place, big Ferris wheel, dining options, art, and about 8 blocks from aquarium. Be prepared for steep walk uphill back to hotel.

Service in the restaurant was lacking during breakfast time

Staff was very professional. I was very impressed that you could not get on the elevator without a room key card
