The staff was amazing! They asked about my trip and when they found out I was going to a concert they were able to connect me with a shuttle to pick me up and take me back from the show. I was so excited that I didn't have to worry about a ride or Uber and that they had information for me directly at my fingertips when I asked. I enjoyed the robot maid when I asked for more towels that visited my room one evening. It was also very exciting to see that there was a Jersey Mike's and a Starbucks inside my hotel! How many other Resorts have the same food that I love on my vacation for easy access!! I would highly recommend. especially if you are coming from LAX airport. They were conveniently close to the airport and we did not have to worry about getting a shuttle to and from the airport on our first day there. I stayed at two other hotels on my trip that were far more expensive and Elites and I had horrible experiences. This was such a tremendous joy to stay at the Residence Inn and I will most definitely be coming back when I am in LA again! In fact, I will be back in August for another concert at the Kia forum. And I told my friend about this hotel so we will most likely be staying again at the residence inn!

The drain in the bathroom shower is blocked, it takes 10 minutes for water to get down, not good at all. But the front desk staffs are friendly.

We were checking in at the lobby when my husbands backpack got stolen. We were told by the front desk people that they don't have access to the camera. We had to call the police to report because nothing was done to help us. Our passports were there in that backpack. I liked this hotel but its scary that your belonging will be stolen inside the hotel. Security was not in the area at the time and doesn't even know we got stolen. Why go o Marriott when its not safe?

For the price of the room, I was disappointed. It needed to be updated, furniture was old, tv was small in living room. The bathrooms are big, could of had some lounge chairs in there or something to set on. I was not impressed for $600!

Péssimo. Vaso sem funcionar. Chuveiro fraquíssimo. Disponibilidade de toalhas menor que a de hóspedes. Recipiente de sabonete vazio. Não recomendo e não retorno novamente.

I hadn't been to this brand for a while, this time due to distance and price it seemed like a good option, disappointment, the counter manager with a last name something like Luzbeck had a fake or institutional kindness, my cards didn't work in her terminal, among them Amex for a guarantee charge of 250 dollars, among them an Amex that rarely fails, in the end I had to use another one, the question is, check in 4 pm, hold 250 for a month and what do you get, old furniture, mediocre breakfast, much better Hampton Inn with better prices.

AC didn’t work. They were charging $60 for parking which Expedia didn’t mention upfront the actual cost. It increased the overall cost significantly

The front office staff was super friendly and made the check-in process easy. The parking was a just a bit confusing but we got it worked out by just calling back to the front desk. The room was so nice and roomy, clean and big. Loved the separate kitchen area. Great if you need an extended stay.

The hotel itself is good, the room was great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious, but it was really annoying to arrive and find out only then that parking costed over $50 a day & wasn't even connected to the hotel. It's an arbitrary cost for such an expensive hotel. And the fact that parking costed money was not listed anywhere in the details of the booking.
