Overall not great, due to the cleanliness of the rooms. Hair in the showers, sand all over the carpets. Also no parking at all 2 nights in a row when you pay for parking. Not okay! However the staff was amazing and willing to help as much as possible.

Stay was nice. Room had a fish smell to it. I think the prior guests had seafood left in the fridge that wasn’t taken out.

Stay was great food couldve been little bit better

Pool bathroom needs to be cleaned daily.

Great stay at a pet friendly location. Conveniently located, roomy space, nice balcony. Wonderful pool area, Grimm and fire pit. Can rent kayaks for the bay. Bike rental, pet walking area.

Not enough elevators

I have never been to ocean city but let me tell you this must be one of the best hotels I have stay at the best service and customer care ever there is big pool overlooking the best view and have a bar with drink and can even order food bomb ! The room was spotless and housekeeping was very nice and pleasant with me and my family 10/10 for our visit

A wonderful property on the Bay!

I love this hotel, Clean, the pool area is beautiful!! My sons like too much.

Walking distance to dead Freddies and fagers island. Right off 90 bridge. Easy parking. Great outdoor pool.

Excellent stay

All was wonderful

We stayed at the property in June 2025 and had two rooms for the family. The property is clean, well managed with courteous staff. The beach is easily accessible by walk. I personally loved the decor of the place. We had rooms at fifth floor and had great views. The outdoor pool was clean and has stunning views as well. Kids enjoyed being there. The breakfast has good options and was being refilled by the staff who were greeting and making themselves available. Tables near buffet were cleaned right away. The rooms were spacious and had stovetop and other stuff which is great to stay with kids. Overall we all had great time there and will definitely stay at this property for our future trips.

Breakfast could have been better..Food Racks were empty and food was cold..also not a big variety. Drinking Water was warm.

Very disappointing. Girl Scout troop, we requested connecting or adjacent rooms for days in advance and on the morning of check in. Was not given their version of adjacent was down the hall. One room ac was broken on a very hot day, they could not fix it and their solution was to move to another hotel. They offered to pay for a lower value hotel for us to move to, we had 10 people in our party (6 young girls who were tired from spending the day outside in the heat). We ended up staying in one room with ac and one with fans. Was told we would be refunded for both rooms and would not be charged for parking - as of today no refunds and nobody has reached out or returned my calls or emails. Extremely disappointing. How does a Marriott not have an emergency ac service? How can they not give adjacent rooms with advanced requests? Sad experience for a group of hard working Girl Scouts.
