The hotel staff were very friendly.

Very large room, had neccessary cookware, perfect for a stay of a few days

The room is very spacious. The breakfast is okay, but the opening hours are strange (weekday from 6 to 9, just guess vacationers might want to have more sleep).

The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Our room was very clean and appointed well.

The service was great everyone at the front desk was always polite and helped with all of our needs will return again.

This hotel is in a great location downtown Washington, D.C. with plenty of options for walking, public transportation or catching a taxi. There are many dining options within walking distance. The free breakfast that was included was prepared fresh and had great options. I also love that they have a kitchenette in your room so you can heat up your leftovers and enjoy.

Ottimo Hotel centrale a 10 minuti dalla casa Bianca. Deludente un po’ la colazione. Tavoli spesso occupati (bisognava attendere) e scelta limitata (per esempio il Bacon è stato disponibile soltanto per qualche minuto e solo i primi sono riusciti a servirsi). Nel weekend la scelta per la colazione era ancora più limitata e quando abbiamo richiesto alcuni prodotti c’è stato detto che nel weekend non erano disponibili.

It was close to the Metro and within walking distance to White House. We walked to the Washington Monument but was over a mile. Easy to get an Uber or Lyft. Rooms are smaller but nice. Breakfast was good also.

Location close to metro and bus services. Walking distance to the Whitehouse. Excellent facilities. Large room size. Kitchen, dining, lounge / sofa bed area, as well as usual bed and bathroom arrangements. Bed was very comfortable. Toiletries, kitchen equipment all provided. Buffet breakfast included as part of the stay. Only minor negatives are for feedback only as they didn’t have a big impact on out stay: there was no kettle / teapot but a coffee machine was provided. None were available when I asked so I boiled water in a pot instead. There was some confusion over payment of the washer / dryers. Charge was $4.50 or $5 on your credit / debit card but you are charged $10 we were told this is on the assumption that you use the dryer, however if you use a different card for the dryer or don’t use the dryer the balance is refunded a couple of days later. This is not explained at the outset. I believe the customer should be informed of the charge before it is made. Finally, we booked a room for 4 but the bed was only made up for 2. No bedding provided for the sofa bed and had to be requested from reception. It arrived promptly I then had to make up the bed myself. I personally think that this should have been made up. All of my negative comments were sorted out during the stay are far outweighed by the positives of this stay and I don’t want them to reflect negatively on the hotel as our stay was truly excellent.

This hotel is great for business trips, solo stays, or family visits. The kitchenette has everything you need, and all the appliances and tools are in great condition. Even the sofa cushions are clean, and the small round table was super handy. I used it for almost all my work and meals, even though there’s also a high-top table in the room. The bathroom is big, with no water temperature issues at all. Breakfast has plenty of choices, the veggies are fresh, and there’s always plenty of self-serve coffee. I felt so comfortable here that I decided to extend my stay. If there’s one thing I’d suggest for improvement, it would be adding a washing machine.

This is very nice place to sightseeing and eating. We are really enjoyed this trip. Also, this hotel is very big room. We are very satisfied.

Stay was excellent, very clean and spacious. Parking Fee a little pricey. Breakfast was excellent!
