Nice place but maybe understaffed a little bit.

Clean, friendly and surprisingly quiet even though we on the second floor.

I’ve stayed here before without issue. This stay shows that the hotel is not maintaining the renovations that are fairly new. Outside the hotel had pieces of roof soffit and peeling paint around the windows that made the building look unkempt. Inside the room, the dishwasher couldn’t be opened without hitting the fridge, couldn’t open all the way. No big deal but meh, who designed that? Under the bed had left behind toys, what looked like maybe dried rose petals and dust bunnies that have been there through several guests. That was gross. I dropped something and was shocked at the grossness under the bed. Bathroom mirror with LED behind it had corners of the mirror peeling up, like the mirror was a sticker on glass. Glass shower surround had hard water stains and the shower base was dingy, stained and just hasn’t aged well at all. Consider this a hotel suitable for students and meh for people who have higher expectations of a Marriott property.

Quiet clean place super spacious rooms

Had a delightful 2 night stay. Was impressed with energy conservation for lights in the room - having to use room key in slot to activate. Also liked large desk surface and ability to turn tv away from bed to face kitchenette/sofa area.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was always clean. Our room was updated since our last stay. The included breakfast was fantastic. The dining staff made sure the coffee pot was always full and the entrees were always available.

Easy check in with friendly staff. The room is clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We stayed in a suite and it was roomy and well stocked. Everything was clean and the pool temperature was great. Breakfast was hot and nice variety.

This property was fantastic! The room for 5 was spacious, clean and comfortable! The mini kitchen is great for traveling families!

The shower floor was gross and brown, making me feel like the rest of the room wasn't sanitary... The staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them or that our questions were dumb. Just wasn't good vibes.

The room was always cold. The heat didn't work! Needed a key card to keep the lights on which was annoying. The breakfast wasn't very good. The coffee was gross!

Our bathroom floor was filthy. There was enough dust on the TV stand that we wrote "hi" in it. Our dishwasher was not emptied...not a big deal...but I think between that and the bathroom and the dust it appeared that the room didn't receive proper attention.

Hotel was great, very clean, staff was great.

Nice rooms with kitchens and pullout couches made for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located very close to WSU campus.

Like - Friendly staff, pool and jacuzzi were great, parking is very convenient, clean bed sheets. Dislike - The main lobby was in construction, messy aisle carpet. Limited breakfast menu.

The property is going through some renovations and the room we were given was an upgrade. However, the new automatic blinds did not work and the shower was malfunctioning. It had the extended attachment in there and that did not work. The shower was extremely difficult to activate as the button that had to be pushed kept popping up and disengaging the shower, redirecting the water through the bathtub faucet. The facility is very nice still, and the staff are friendly and professional. They do try their best to accommodate you for sure. Perhaps the small inconveniences we experienced are only temporary due to the facility renovations.
