Boutique hotel in old bank building in Penn Station area. Friendly, well trained staff. Bellmen were especially helpful! Spacious King room with luxury and modern amenities. Elevated experience in bar and restaurant. We had a lovely Sunday brunch in the dining room. Great gym and cool speakeasy on the bottom floor. Our favorite DC hotel!

The set up in a queen deluxe room is okay but the shower set up is not the very best- also you can hear in a queen deluxe room on the third floor when people use the bathroom shower in the room next door which is quite annoying

The restaurant staff and management were absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to the tall manager, whose professionalism and attentiveness elevated our entire experience. Thanks to him and the team, our stay was truly memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back 100%!

Great experience! The service was really, really good, no, exceptional, actually. There are two things Riggs can improve: a) the rooms would benefit from more storage space for clothes - definitely! b) The coffee is always somehow off - it either is too weak (for European taste) or when serving espresso way too bitter, almost salty of sorts. Still, great experience overall. Would book with them again any time

The hotel is beautiful with great paintings and decorations. The staff is amazingly friendly. Free bottle of champagne was a good addition. A phone charger is provided in each room. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The room was clean.
I would add a make-up remover, small scissors and a soap bar.
