Easy check in Great Management Clean Rooms Friendly and Helpful staff

Was my first time staying at this hotel for two nights and everything was great. No issues. Shower water pressure was amazing 😍

Absolutely terrible POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE -Didn’t have the King Room I booked online when I arrived; charged me the same price for the Queen Room downgrade; refused to discount -Room had dirty sheets. Woman acted as if it was inconvenient for her to provide me with clean sheets DISGUSTING ROOMS -Flies and ants in the rooms -Dirty sheets! Stains and hair in the sheets -Hair on the walls in the shower -Black mold in the grout GARBAGE AMENITIES -Prison-grade soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels -Slowest possible Wi-Fi. Totally useless for trying to work -Broken AC machine SKETCHY ENVIRONMENT -Management allows customers to blast ghetto music at night from the parking lot -Can’t sleep with the window open due to street-walkers in the hallways smoking cigarettes -Chinese owned and operated hotel – probably a money laundering operation Absolutely terrible. 

I had a good stay. It’s old property and facilities but clean.

Needs vending machines

Staff took forever to come to the front to check in and no one came to check me out.

Had to abandon the stay after finding bug infestation in room immediately upon entering. Luckily the staff was kind to acknowledge and refund.

Just a few things that happened at this stay: - entering the room without notification - tv + volume turning off/on randomly/reloading - no closet - no dresser - queen sized bed - lamps unstable While i was there the front desk staff acknowledged all my complaints. But when i checked out they wanted me to pay the full value of a king size room, when they checked me into a room with a queen bed, with no closets or a dresser, broken tv, and a taped security latch. When i came back to from eating, the tape was removed. A worker came into my room without permission or notification. The only reason I knew the tap was missing was because I remembered it was there before I left. I was told to call the general manager Sergio Garcia. I've been calling since the 7/17/25 he has yet to show up or call. After all that, they had the audacity to tell hotels.com that they checked me into the correct room. This was infuriating, and this is why I writing this review. It's horrible to lie, but it's more atrocious when they lie about things that could be proven. I have pictures and videos of the room they said I didn't stay in. I've already contacted their ethics department. The Better Business Bureau will be next, until they refund me for the room I never got. These people will smile in your face, and lie as soon as you leave. Don't trust this place to keep you safe....

Hair in bathtub

The office staff was friendly, the area has vagrants living in some of the rooms, borh men and women, street people, there was a guy in the parking lot, teasing his pet pit bull with a stuffed animal, the animal showed his aggressive behavior in mauling that stuffed toy. As soon as I went in, a certain smell emitted into my nasal pasages, and it gave me an indication to expect cockroaches. Sure enough, on the 2nd day, I saw one in rhe bathroom also on day 2, room service forgot to clean my room, I complained, and the front desk told me that they normally only clean once every 3 days, and asked if I had put in a special request.

My stay was great. The only thing that I would have to complain about is the floor felt grimy. As if they mopped the floor with the same mop every single time without cleaning it. However, other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. I just wore my house shoes the whole time. They were very accommodating and very polite. The only other thing I would complain about is it says that they offer breakfast? The breakfast is not actual breakfast more like snacks. But it didn’t bother me much because I don’t eat breakfast but for others to do, they might want to know that.

Noise

I requested a room downstairs with a king bed. I called to advise of late check in due to traffic and late arrival. I was told that I would be getting a king bed and downstairs. I arrived for check in and was told that the king bed room was not available. I was given a double bed room and upon entering the room was not what we expected and the room had cockroaches 😳 I was offered another room which was just as bad although I saw no cockroaches. We were then given an upstairs king bed room which was newly remodeled. The door was almost impossible to open, my husband almost fell over trying to open the door. Was very disappointed with our entire experience.

The room was sufficient, and clean. It serves its basic purposes. Late night hotel desk member was very kind and helpful.

Liked convenience to different locations, but barefoot in room, feet got real black on bottom, no hand bars in bathrooms. overall a 6

Very clean

One significant complaint and a few minor ones. There was no security latch (or chain) on the door. There was evidence that there was one in the past so why didn’t they replace it? Minor issues: the window had wooden shutters with a connecting rod to angle them shut all at once. That rod was broken on one of the windows, so I had to move each vane shut individually. The front door did not have an automatic door closer and it was difficult to shut the door without slamming it. The one chair in the room was so worn out that you wouldn’t want to sit on it. Parts of the top of the shower curtain were torn but that had no negative effect on my ability to shower. Now for the good things: the complementary breakfast was quite good. Boiled eggs, two kinds of cereal, a variety of yogurt, coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, orange juice, milk, and a variety of sweet pastries and fruit. No table to eat at unless you go outside. The hot water was nearly instant. The bed was quite comfortable. There is a mini fridge and microwave but I used neither. The TV is good sized and had a bunch of cable channels. One last negative: no clock in the room

Very dingy spot. Homeless/wanderers constantly walking in and out of the lot. Holes in walls, stucco/bad cover up jobs all over the place. Although I didn’t see any roaches I feel like they were there. There was no hot water.

This is more suitable for a low income, long term stay than an overnight bussiness stop. You get what you are paying for here.

This day wasn't bad except they tried to make us stay an extra day to get our clothes out and they kicked us out of the room before the actual check out time was which was 11:00 they're trying to get us out by 10:00 they're not $20 off our deposit which I was okay with that and that's why I gave him a better meeting the only drawback was that they tried to kick us out early
