If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place. However, it was clean, safe and affordable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and that is exactly what I needed for the two nights I was in the area. The only thing I would change is maybe state on Expedia or other booking sites that a deposit of $100 is due when you check-in whether you book through here or not. Other than that, everything was fine and I definitely will keep this place in mind when I am in Fallbrook again.

Was unsure about safety and cleanliness after reading other reviews, but this was the best hotel option for the trip i was taking. Firstly, the owner is very sweet. I got to California much later than originally planned and completely forgot to call about my late check-in time, but the owner ended up giving me a call to make sure I was still coming. He wasn’t mean, rude, or angry whatsoever over the phone and really did just want to make sure I was still checking in on the right date :). My room was completely clean (which was my biggest worry), the bedding was fresh and the bathroom didn’t have a single stain or hair in it. My room was also extremely spacious! Much bigger than expected, it was like I had my own studio apartment lol. I had my room booked for four nights, and over my entire stay there was never a single shady person loitering or intruding in any way.

The AC was not working properly and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They try to charge me extra for something that I had already arranged through Expedia and the front desk was very unhelpful and didn’t let me properly explain. The room was ok, although it was not as clean as they advertised.

The Motel is older, dry rot in the bathroom, terrible WI
-FI connection. Ice maker broke, no ice. No on site breakfast, as adervtised. I would not recommend this Motel to anyone ever..

We liked the fact that the room was spacious and clean. There were new double payne windows that openedWe got in late and that didn't seem to be a problem. How the management could improve the place is by modernizing the furniture and curtains

The fixtures, furniture, drapes, and bedspread were old and worn out. Sliding window screens were missing. Floors were cheap vinyl, and you could hear every footstep from upstairs. The bathtub was dirty, and the shower head control worked at only one temperature. Prices reflect its wear and tear (You get what you pay for!). There was no way to notify the Maid to stay OUT of the room, so they came in while away from the motel. Would I go back? NEVER!!!

We were in town for a wedding. Several family members booked rooms here so we decided to do so as well. The rooms were just as expected. The service from the front desk to the housekeepers was beyond what was expected. Staff was quite friendly.
Beds were comfortable. Parking was at our doorstep which made our comfort level very high. Walls are a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors but it was not bothersome.
Check in and out was a breeze.
