It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. We had a wonderful time!

The property is absolutely lovely! So close to Saratoga race track but not noisy. The owners and staff Kathy, Mike and Joe were exceptional and kind! My bedroom was super comfortable and breakfast was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this lovely B&B! Elizabeth T.

We had a superb stay that exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully restored and has a grandiose and stately feel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The owners were extremely kind and attentive, the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to others.

Quaint & lovely!!

We loved almost everything about the B&B. The host were very welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent, we had a room with a little side porch that was great. It would have been 5 stars across the board except the bed could use a new mattress.

The owner was friendly, greeted us with a smile and chocolates and cookies were on offer when we arrived. Our room was spacious with our our own private porch. In the morning, many offers for breakfast and our avocado toast was delicious. We were too stuffed to enjoy the dessert on offer. The location is ideal as it's across the street from the racetrack and walking distance to downtown.

Your place was Outstanding! The house was absolutely beautiful and took us both back in time. The room was huge and so classically decorated. the breakfast was top class restaurant worthy and had numerous choices each morning. The location was perfect! Literally a 3 min walk to the entrance of Saratoga Race Track. Would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Saratoga.

Beautiful b-n-b in a wonderful location. My room was great—clean and spacious. The folks running the place couldn’t have been nicer. And the breakfasts were the best I’ve ever had in a b-n-b.

We loved staying in this antique bed & breakfast. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and it was fun to sit on the porch and watch the horse track happenings. It was a convenient walk to the track and town and a quiets night sleep. Jo was very available and yet, we had our privacy. We’ve stayed several places around Saratoga and this was one of our favorites!

Cathy and Joanne are superb hosts and their B&B is delightful. Their breakfast chef is the absolute best😘
