Amazing

the property was good the only issue that I had was the fact about getting clean towels I think that they should have their housekeepers to check on guest that are staying more than a couple of days. we had to go get our own towels and when we did we were told we got the last ones. so if we had not gotten them when we did I guess we would have had to go buy towels. we did have a beautiful view from our room looking out at the beach. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POLICY ON TOWELS FOR YOUR GUEST FRESH TOWEL SHOIULD BE TAKEN TO GUESTS ROOMS EVERY DAY. A GUEST SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY IF THEY ARE GONNA GET FRESH TOWELS. NEXT TIME WE WILL BE STAYING WHERE WE DON'T HAVE YOU WORRY ABOUT BATH TOWELS.

The bed was comfortable and nice ocean view.

Only issue was getting pool towels but other than that it was PERFECT..

The Schooner ll was wonderful I would rate it a 10.The room was very nice and I liked the location.All the people where very nice. I will stay there again.

Perfect stay

Great location! Loved being right in the beach and seeing the ocean from my room. Also an easy walk to the convention center.

Nice room and staff .

The stay was great. Pool was wonderful. Was alittle confused on the check in. Hotel.com said my stay was paid all but 32 dollars but resort said I owed 380. I will be checking this situation when I get home.

Smelly, rundown, overpriced!

It was in walking distance to everything. Everybody was very nice. We would stay here again.

This property is ok. It does need updates on building, building needs a makeover, parking on the actual property was hard, but they do have an overflow across the street. (property parking is tight and hard to manuver if you have a large/wide vehicle. The rooms need to be painted, but are very spacious for the family. We had a nice room, view was nice, and the kitchen area was clean. Just minor updates on the property itself. The pool and pool area isn't that large so it would be really nice for a family with small children. I had teenagers, so they wasn't satisfied with the pool. Yet, we had great access to the beach and everything was right in walking distance. This is what stood out to us and we overlooked the outdated and unpainted hotel. The hotel has some ceiling leaks so that also needs to be addressed. But everything else was great. It doesn't have breakfast so that also was a bummer.

It was fantastic I enjoyed ever bit off my stay. We got a nice oceanfront room the worker was absolutely great I would definitely go back there next year. Keep up the good work

Ocean view

Everything was great. This was my second year staying here and it did not disappoint.

The sofa need to be upgraded or cleaned

10 out of 10 the lady that checked us in was very friendly. She put us on a 13th floor. when we turned the shower on it smelled like salt water and then turn to rotten eggs smell, We called the front desk and she had no problems switching rooms. The room was great like a little apartment 10 out of 10 Mr. Joe that worked at the front desk very nice. There was a lot to do and in walking distance. Only downfall blankets are thin in the bedroom. We’ll definitely come back here again.
