空调开启一个半小时都没有热风，报告前台维修或更换房间，一个印裔女工作人员前来观察了两次，说要等更长时间就会有热风出来。开一天车长途旅行到这里，快夜里12点了，就把车里的睡袋搬上来就当野外宿营入睡了。第二天退房赶紧赶路，前台上白班的另一个男士给我补了一个微笑。

Nicest for the price in area. Bill be back.

This place sucks. There are no two ways about it. Here’s how my stay went: 1) arrived and the young lady at the front desk was very nice. That was the only good part of the whole stay. She handed me the key to my non-smoking room. 2) opened the door and found that the non-smoking room REEKED of cigarettes. Not a little. A lot. Everything stunk. 3) returned to front desk and explained situation to the young lady. Her response was “it is a non-smoking room, but the previous occupant smoked in there.” So, that means it’s not a non-smoking room anymore, right? She then informed me that there was no other two bed room available. Awesome. 4) returned to the stinking room because it was that or sleep in my vehicle. As I closed the door, I saw that there was a lot of hair and dirt stuck to the back of said door. See pic 5) went to the bathroom, looked up, saw the vent in a shocking state of brokenness 6) took a shower and the water drained so slowly I thought it wasn’t draining at all. After a 10 minute shower, the drain took over five minutes to allow all of the water out. Yes, I timed it. 7) went to “breakfast” at 7 AM. Nothing was there. Asked the guy at the front desk if breakfast was available and he stated at me like I was speaking Latin. Overall, just don’t stay here. Stay anywhere else.

It’s pretty descent … customer service pretty good…it’s just the people that come over there that is ratchet…

Comfortable

Water got off for an hour in the morning of 26 May which cause me delay to take shower and delays for my day schedule

No pool available, no breakfast when both pool and breakfast were advertised. Bathtub was VERY SLIPPERY. Wife and I both nearly fell in tub. Roaches found in room as well. Only one cheap chair to sit on in room.

The rooms were very shabby and need repairs. First room I was assigned was very bad with toilet seats on floor. Dresser drawer in 2nd room was broken and laying on the floor. No bedside lamp. No extra toilet paper as there is no place to store it. Had to ask for extra hangers as only a couple in the room. Manager was very cooperative but that did not change the condition of the rooms as I had rented 2 and both were about the same.

The roaches were horrible in the both beds and bathroom!

Check in was so easy and the young mam was very nice

The room was clean, and the property seemed to be maintained. A continental breakfast or a grab-and-go would be great since there aren't food eateries nearby.

First room heat didn’t work took 3 rooms to find one with heat then no power cord to tv host seemed annoyed riches in room and just overall not friendly

Everything was fine. Had 2 roaches to kill. Other than that enjoyed sty

Cold front and heater did not work!

Check-in was awkward--outside through a window with freeway traffic making it hard to hear. If I didn't have a reservation I don't know if I could have asked about a room and heard answers. The room was nice and mostly clean. But some things were missing -- no chair for the desk, no cups for the coffee machine, and no remote for the tv. The bed was too hard for my wife. The hot tub worked great.

Dirty

It was an ok stay just for a night would not stay there again it's a little shady had broken furniture around the hotel

Very run down. Questionable cleaning or non there of. Could not fall asleep comfortably.
