The main lobby is so open and comfortable, clean, and cozy to. My stay was due to being a traveler in distress due to flight cancellations. So you can see the stress level increase there. But all of that was wiped away once I was giving a room key. The staff had personal amenities brought to my room as I without personal luggage . Great staff and even a better hotel, for you Bonvoy members the club lounge treatment was outstanding. If you ever are stranded in DFW Airport this the place to book a room for the day.

Not impressed. Paid over $160 for the room that you cannot check into until 4pm or later but have to be out by 11am, only to find out that self parking outside in their potholed riddled parking lot would cost an additional $16 for the overnight stay.
The rooms are also dated and based on the amount of dust that was transferred to my t-shirt from the curtains when I looked out the window, the rooms are not well cleaned. Management needs to step it up!
