Great location! Very clean. Main downside was the " breakfast buffet" Hot options of eggs bacon/sausage, meat was different days,were actually cold. Only had coffee first morning none the second. Noone was around either. This was the 8th floor "club lounge" perks. Wasnt worth the extra $16 a day per person. Everything else waa very good hotel wise.

Sadly, I reserved an accessible room, which I did not get because hotel has only one accessible room and it was overbooked. For the size of the hotel there should have been at least 6 accessible rooms. A family member had to assist me getting in and out of a very high tub. Extremely disappointing.

This was our third stay at this hotel. While I appreciated the updated bathroom compared to our visit two years ago, cleanliness was lacking — there was someone else’s hair on the sink, which was off-putting. The fitted sheets on the queen beds didn’t stay in place and kept slipping off after just an hour in bed. At brunch, the hostess seemed noticeably unfriendly, though the food itself was quite good. Considering we booked two rooms at $450 per night (totaling $1,850 for two nights), I expected a higher standard of comfort and service. Not sure we’ll choose the Sheraton again next time we’re in town.

The bay view was definitely worth the money it had incredible views

Great location obviously. Staff was rude but that's just normal now. Parking is a PAIN but available. Top tier building, interiors and rooms.

We love the rooms. The lighting, beds, seating were very comfortable and the views are amazing. We will be returning next year.

great waterfront property

The hotel overall is very nice and beautiful. The atmosphere isn’t exactly “homey” but no one was rude at all. Our issue with the hotel is that on our last night there, we got a letter under our door saying the power would be turned off the next morning for some city maintenance work. This was beyond the hotel’s control and I’m not upset about that at all. Plus, again, we’d be checking out in the morning anyway so it didn’t affect us much. But the letter said that because of this inconvenience, they would be providing a complimentary breakfast buffet for all guests until 10:30 am. Sounded awesome. So we went down in the morning around 9:30 excited for this “buffet” and all there was was a bowl of fruit, a couple of danishes, and bagged peanuts. While we stood there confused, a man in a suit walked by and mumbled “sorry about the power stuff. There’s some fruit.” He didn’t stop to look at us and he said this almost sarcastically? It was just rude the way he went about it. I would’ve much rather he said nothing. So, the “buffet” was nothing and that guy was rude. We really didn’t have any other issues, though. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was nice and my kids really enjoyed the marina view from our room.

My husband and I booked a room overlooking the bay for a 2 day stay with our dog at the Sheraton. We were given a room on the second floor next to the banquet room. Little did we know that there was going to be a wedding both nights that we were there. The music was very loud and played until 11 pm. Our rooms view was of the roof top and brick wall with a spot light. The hotel advertised dog friendly but they only had a 2 foot wide strip of grass bordering their entrance. We had to walk to the Mariott next door for our dog to do her business. We paid through hotels.com and included 2 breakfast with our stay. It didnt mentioned that it would only be the Grab and Go which is not in.the restaurant. We were told that our breakfast was for $18 per person for each day. That was fine except the second day, they only had breakfast sandwiches to offer. They were out of everything else. That is unexceptable. There was no accommodation even though we paid in advance. They didn't offer to deduct the $18 x 2 from our bill so we can have decent breakfast or offer to let us eat in the restaurant. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that our room was very clean but we would never stay there again. Do yourself a favor and don't book this hotel if you are traveling with your dog and don't include breakfast cause you never know what you will get or if you get anything at all.
