everything was great. room was spacious and clean. bed was very comfortable. pillows were very soft for my liking, but not terrible. staff were very friendly.

The lady at front desk was not very welcoming Will to stay here again Bonnie at the bar was amazing!\

fine airport hotel

Mattress wasn’t great. Biggest problem was that we needed to return a car and asked for the phone number for the shuttle service and we were given the wrong number. It was actually an out of service number. So we walked from the airport back to the hotel. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem able to answer questions out of the ordinary.

Compared with my Ashland Studio Inn trip, the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel is the hotel from heaven. Nice and clean and quiet and safe.

I stayed there 4 nights. The heat never fully worked. I asked for assistance from several staff members. Your only bright spot is kenya. I'm on my way back home with a miserable cold. The solution is either shut the room down until the problem can be remedied, or fix it right away. Thank you.

Beautiful place and great food!

Checked in. Was sent to the wrong room. Had to move all of my stuff and check into another room. After settling in and getting undressed to take a shower, the shower was broken. Had to get dressed and move yet another room. Very exhausting. Staff did not accommodate me for the inconvenience, staff barely cared. My second time staying at this hotel as I frequent the area for business however I think that was my last.

Outside of an already well-set, clean looking property, The courtesy of service, and the professionalism of the staff, accommodated by well-defined people skill needed in the front end speaks volume to what the property has to offer, and represents.

This was possibly one of the worst experiences ever. I was in town for business. Booked 3 rooms for 6 nights (totaling $3,688.88). At arrival I had to place a card on hold for incidentals (which is perfectly normal and fine). However, when I checked my account. I noticed that they held $915 PER ROOM. After complaining to the manager. He promised to make the necessary adjustments and gave me breakfast vouchers. Well I've been home now for 4 days and that hold is still there! To only make matters worst, my trip was cut short by 2 days. They DID NOT reimburse me for those 6 nights (3 rooms x 2 nights). And now that I'm back home, I can't get a manager on the phone. FYI. I'm 47 years old and this is the very first review I've ever wrote. Other than that, $10 per night parking and $18 breakfast. But the place is clean. Which is definitely worth reporting.

No issues with the hotel itself. During our visit, there appears to have been an event, so it was overrun with children that were noisy and playing in the halls.

The cleanliness

The shower temperature and pressure were amazing!! The restaurant was delicious.

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious! The only downside was having to change rooms because there was a boys soccer team staying in the hotel. I mentioned at check in not wanting to be in the midst of any children groups. I explained it’s customary for children and pets to be on the lower levels and couples or individuals traveling to be assigned upper levels and away from the noise. The staff responded as if they were incompetent and didn’t understand what I was trying to say. Needless to say we feel victim to excessive noise and door banging pranks. My request to be separated is a standard procedure in hospitality and after several attempts we were finally assigned a quiet room on the top floor. So we packed up and moved. Next time I will call ahead to be sure there aren’t any groups and/or access to a manager that can accommodate us accordingly without all the aggravation.

Well the room smelled of damp and old with weds hanging from ceiling and corners rusty door ways and unlockable windows and patio door. If couldve found a different option would have. Then to top it off room tv did not work sad when you book the deluxe suites

The hotel staff and room were great. My only surprise was a $10 charge to park my car in there lot overnight?

Arrived at 12:45 for a 3p check in. I was early and didn’t mind waiting in the lobby reading my Kindle. At 1:30, they said my room was ready. Great! Went upstairs to find only one bed made (the other bed was completely stripped). When I called the front desk to explain the situation, the woman said there are sheets downstairs and I could make my own bed. I said, “You want me to make my own bed after all I’m paying?” She said no, but I would need to return downstairs and wait for another room to become available. Forty five minutes later they said the same room was now available. I’m sure the woman had me wait extra long as there is no way it took 45 min to make that bed.
