This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed.

Room was ok. Office staff was amazing, Area was sketchy. Very crowded parking lot, much construction going on all around, hotel needs upgrading. Ok for a night.

The building seems old and not rrcently renovated. The room smells of disinfectant, but clean.

Tv and some lights didn’t work

Hotel is definitely dated. Probably fair twenty years ago. Cigarette burns in the blanket, bugs in the sink. Weird noises all night. It’s cheap though, so that’s something.

Rundown area. Loud from road traffic inside room. Convenient access to light rail line.

This motel was chosen for its proximity to the Link light rail station and a place to park just for the night. All I needed & wanted was a clean place to sleep & shower. This fit the criteria.

No issues

Three beds worked well for our family of four (two adult kids). Front desk gave us a great suggestion for a van to take us to our cruise, which we were then able to call after the cruise.

Good location close to the link station and with a shuttle to the airport. Building is old, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quite large. I probably wouldn't walk anywhere by myself at night, but it was a good location for catching an early morning flight.

It was what we needed: a convenient to the airport overnight stop. The free airport shuttle is very helpful. The front desk clerk was very short with her responses and a bit gruff.

Not very clean or nice, but it was very cheap and great location for proximity to light rail but some may consider area sketchy. Parking lot very clustered. We did have an employee walk into are room unannounced at 9:00am (check out was at 11) and said sorry wrong room. That was weird. Great example of you get what you pay for

It was a cheap and decent motel

Let me start with what we did like about this property. The staff was kind and friendly. We arrived off a cruise at 11:00am and they had a room available so they let us check in early. It was very close (about a 4 minute walk) to a light rail station. We would rate the beds as ok in regards to comfort. The room was very outdated which is not a problem for me. The toilet and floors looked pretty new but it looked like everything else had been around since the 70s. The exterior looked shabby. On the service it looked like the room had been cleaned well. There was no signs of bedbugs, the sheets and linens were clean. The tub looked dirty but upon closer inspection it is just old, stained porcelain. The real problem came when after walking around on the hardwood floors for about 10 minutes in socks the bottom of the socks were filthy. Then I lost a shoe and pulled up the bedskirt to look under the bed for it. There was a toy golf club and thick coating of dirt, dust, and debris under the bed. I looked under the other bed and it was even worse with a lighter, crumpled up plastic water bottle, an article of clothing, candy wrappers etc along with the dust and dirt under the bed. We would not stay here again.

In the morning someone opened our door without knocking. My husband was not dressed.

Old facility is very old and outdated. The area is a bit unsightly.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Parking was easy and free. The area was near the airport and also near the Light Rail line, but not the cleanest nor scenic part of town.
