Spotless with friendly staff

Only slept for like 2 hours

I travel to Syracuse pretty frequently. I’ve stayed at a few other hotels but this hotel has become my first option. It’s always clean and the staff is always so friendly.

People go above and beyond for you if you have a flight they make it very relaxing and easy for you

So clean. Best customer service at the front desk ever. The attached restaurant had all American food along with karaoke

The airport shuttle arrived early and gave clear directions where to meet the driver even though we made last minute reservations. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast selection was generous compared to other hotels. Bonus points for 24 hour access to coffee! I highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites.

Always stay here for Syracuse trips. Excellent service, facility and location.

Stay was comfortable and no issues found. Can be improved by adding Smart TV

The place was nice and clean great area to be around and safe. The maintenance people were exactly on the spot if something was wrong.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the beddimg was excellent quality. The room and bathroom was impeccable. Great stay.

Was a pleasant place to stay with no isses.

Would stay here again, even though the hotel is in an industrial area and there is no safe place to walk outside.

We got in very late from traveling to check in and it seemed a little scary. The hotel is attached to a liquor store and a gas station is right across from the front parking lot. Didn’t love that. The check in was ok- the lady said she would try to get us a cot or mattress or at least an extra quilt and sheet for my son as he didn’t want to sleep in the same bed as his mom, sister or grandma. Nobody ever came up with anything and didn’t communicate anything to me. My key cards also didn’t work so I had to go all the way back down to the desk to get them fixed at 11pm when I was soooo tired and just wanted to sleep. Things looked a little better in the morning but the hotel just seems stuffy and not in a pretty location at all. The morning staff were very friendly though and the check out was easy. My overall advice would be to pay a little extra and stay somewhere else if you can.
