For safety reasons, I decided not to stay even though I couldn't get a refund.

No good

Consider spending a little extra and staying somewhere down the road. This hotel smelled terrible. My clothes smelled after leaving and the room and halls smell like must, mold and weed. Very very run down and old. Outlets don’t work. Shower is gross. Hair on towels. Not a good experience at all. My car would have been better.

The bed was uncomfortable, the back door was not secure, there was a lot of noise from the door-barking dog for 40 minutes

I did not like anything about this place you take the sheets off the beds are disgusting

Staffs were amazing and so was quality of the hotel w/great amenities.

I just read a google review where someone said “the room felt wet and smelled musty” and that is exactly what we experienced. We wanted something fairly priced with good reviews because we knew we were arriving very late and did not want to take the 1.5 drive to our location at that time. However, I almost wish we just did because this hotel was gross. I didn’t want to touch anything and the smelled made me feel nauseas. I was gonna shower in the morning but one look at the bathroom and I opted out. I didn’t sleep well because the linens smelled funky / not clean. The room looked nothing like the pretty photos I saw. The furniture was chewed up and looked wilted like there was moisture in the air. The breakfast in the morning was sad so we went next door to the Waffle House. Couldn’t have gotten out of there any quicker.

Krystal was very nice and helped with directing us to different places in the area.

comfortable bed, reasonable pricing, Ok surrounding, but can't stand the damp smell from carpet. They need to replace it with tile or laminate.

Very clean and close to Orlando Airport

Amazing friendly staff. I felt at home. All of the guests stop and talk to the staff like they are family. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Dirty bed top off the cover and bed had stains and bed was completely soaked and rooms stinks so bad curtains had stains on them plus tub had mold in corners and even when they changed our room it was still a bad smell lighting is weird my whole experience was so bad here I book another hotel within hours of being there IN MY OPINION DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AT ALL

Worth sub-$90 so long as you are not in there for anything but sleeping. First room smelled like mold, staff was very helpful and personable and moved us to another room. From what we saw there, the entire place is run down, sparse, outdated, and felt unclean and sketchy—carpets especially were unsettling and our fridge didn’t work. Air conditioning in room worked ridiculously well though!

I had a very disappointing stay at Sleep Inn Orlando. The place feels old and gloomy, definitely not what you would expect for the price they charge. During my two-week stay, the pool was out of service the entire time. At first, they claimed it was due to the weather, but it was obvious the pool was broken and simply not being repaired. While the staff were friendly and polite, the facilities themselves were quite poor. The gym is very small and barely usable, and the breakfast seemed to have the absolute minimum investment possible. Overall, the property feels outdated and neglected. I’m sure you could easily find a much more modern and comfortable hotel for the same price in Orlando. Finally, I tried to cancel or change my reservation on the first day because of all these issues, but they refused, saying I would have to pay a high penalty fee. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
