Be advised … laundry facilities are in the hotel but NOT in the room as represented by Expedia. I repeat, there are no washer/dryer in the room. Also, parking places are tiny.

We got there at 4pm for check in , but they said our room wasn’t ready , so we had to wait for 30 minutes.
Once we got into our room, the AC barely even worked it was only coming out in the living room area.
Our keys stopped working and we had to have them reset twice.
The doors in the rooms would get stuck when attempting to open.

Upon arrival we noticed that some people actually lived there and the parking lot directly in front of the room had people smoking. The rooms are not like how the pictures look, don’t be fooled. There was blood in the parking lot area, too. The room was a great size but unfortunately our stay became a nightmare due to the cannabis and cigarette smells that were so excessive that our clothes inside our luggage were engulfed in this smell and we were forced to checkout. Staff did not help. I would not recommend this place.
