The area was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The unit had a full litchen. The place was not fancy, but good enough. Breakfast was nice. Not the property's fault I know but some drunk woman kept banging on my outside door at 12:30 in the morning. (My door may have been located near the bus stop on a nerby highway.) As a single woman traveling alone, this place was not a good fit for me.

Shinaya was more professional and civil during our interaction on 9/1/25, however, when I arrived at 3pm and requested an early check-in, it was only after asking my name and realizing we'd met previously did she inform me early check-in was not available to us. I returned after 4pm. I was greeted warmly by Sadia she was professional, friendly and stated she was available should we require assistance or had any questions. The accommodations and facilities including the outdoor pool was clean and comfortable. The suite was spacious. We enjoyed preparing our meals and relaxing in the room.

I requested a change of blanket and bed sheet but unfortunately the staff couldn’t authorize it even though she accepted to do it but she did it afterwards. Hopefully this need to change. Also there was noise pollution on building two where in people were partying late hours but that was rectified when we called the front desk.

I stayed for a week and it was a great place to stay. Has all the comforts of home, it’s like an apartment. Beds are super comfortable, the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need from dishes, silverware, pots and pans. I will definitely be staying again sooner than later.

The mattress appeared to be worn out it was like sleeping in a ditch.

For the price, it exceeded our expectations. The pool was in great condition. Front desk staff was excellent. The coffee was good, but I'd go someplace else for breakfast. Nothing walkable, but a ton of options are very nearby.

This is a well run and hospitable place. The real strength lies in the staff, everyone simply wants to help. Family friendly and really safe. I highly recommend.

Liked townhouse style, easy parking and easy access to outside for smokers.

It was definitely a nice day just a little dirty on the chairs and the table and on the couch also the bed linen but other than that everything was OK and any of the sink area and the bathroom sink was dirty

The room was not as clean as I would like The walls were dirty and the ceiling was cracking

People live here!! It’s NOT for the traveler.

This is a well run business. The front desk is particularly impressive with client-management and response to needs. Ms. Carol is one seasoned veteran in that regard, firm but very fair. Professional yet warm enough to accommodate your needs but just come correct and be honest. Customers should just endeavor to respect the property because some dog owners are unscrupulous by not picking up after their pets with human size poops. Overall, I’d recommend Sonesta ES without any reservation and in clear conscience.

I like the pool and the pond. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It was very clean and pleasant with helpful staff, especially the lady that worked the front desk on 8/13/2025 approx 2pm I want her to be recognized for her amazing hospitality! I believe her name started with a C, I could be wrong but I know it was a C. Thanks to All Staff for a great exp. Room was so cute.
