The beds and bath were clean enough but there were marks on the walls and doors

Stay away from this place. You can’t sleep (lots of noise, bed bugs, noisy toilet flush )

I am requesting a full refund for my recent booking in Medford, Oregon ([Hotel Name], [Confirmation #], [Dates of Stay]). When I arrived with my two children, the property was unsafe and not as advertised. There were escorts coming and going, homeless individuals loitering nearby, and clear signs of illicit activity. This created an unsafe atmosphere for me and my kids, and I feared for our safety. I would have left immediately and stayed somewhere else, but because there was a concert in town that night, there were no other accommodations available. If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Please process my refund right away, or let me know the fastest way to resolve this.

Great budget inn. We stayed here after our visit to the Oregon Caves on our way home to California. Fernando the manager was so kind to turn in the AC before we arrived. It located close to the freeway , lots of restaurants and stores. The bed the was very comfortable and the were hot and strong.

The staff absolutely made the place. Could not have been more helpful!! Will definitely stay here again.

The room looked nothing as fancy as in the picture, which is very deceiving. It looked like it hadn't been updated much since the 1960s. There wasn't even a closet, just a rack afixed to the wall and a few hangers that didn't match each other. The A/C continuously runs and blows directly on the bed when it's cycling on. The air being blown was very cold and you can't change the air temperature, it just cycles the fan depending on the setting. It was hot outside, so turning it off was not a good option. They will charge you $200 if you smoke in the room, but they don't bother getting rid of the smell of old smoke, which is not so great. But the most annoying thing was relying on the soap dispenser in the shower... which was completely empty, as I discovered when I was already in the shower and wet. I would not return.

This was a convenient place to stay, with a great community vibe. The staff gave good recommendations for nearby places. I appreciated that commitment

Not sure how this place had an 8.2 rating, the staff were very friendly but room was barely ok and the breakfast had flies swarming it and was quite disgusting. Would not stay at again.

I not the staff were able to hook me up to wifi.The shower tap/shower switch did not work, with water coming out of both all the time. The breakfast room was a dingy place. Breakfast items were few. No water, milk or juice, even though there was cereal. The room was clean. To he fair, the man on duty made a few attempts to get wifi going, but without success.

Friendly staff & conveniently located. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel.

I had a late night check in and Fernando was wonderful. I'm not good at parking so he parked my car for me, carried my bag and walked me to my room and made sure I was safely inside for the night. He is so kind, caring and took great care of me. He will treat every guest like they are his family. Management give Fernando a raise! He is the heart and soul of Sovanna Inn. Also, housekeeping did a excellent job as the room and bathroom were spotless. Nice comfortable bed and though hotel was pretty full it was very quiet. Enjoyed my stay.

We like the location and closer to everything. Above all we like the warm welcome of their manager Fernando. He’s great.and friendly. Excellent customer service.Surely we will be back. Thank you.

Aged exterior. Kinda retro in a way. Inside of room was nice clean enough. A little dust here and there but not bad. Very clean bathroom lots of towels. Very hot water. Parking I can imagine could be challenging on busy nights. I was there on a Thurs. And parking lot was not quite full. Noisy other guests. Not the establishments problem just some inconsiderate guests. With the ac blowing drowns out most noise. Busy road out front during day. A little road noise. Ive stayed in much worse places. So not perfect, but perfectly adequate.

It’s was clean and secure. Don’t let an odd location and a sign that needs a paint job deter you

Very old dated furniture; not well maintained; noisy AC; shower “sprinkles”; sketchy neighborhood; sign was tattered and peeling; very disappointing!!

The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast options were too limited. There were zero protein options like yogurt or hard boiled eggs, which are common for continental breakfast.

The interior and amenities were unusually well organized. I appreciated the two bottles of water that were furnished.
