Everything is fine, except that the air conditioner and refrigerator are too noisy. Can not sleep

Not fancy but very clean and what they do have/offer is good quality. Breakfast is unusual in that it's offerings are rather sparce but excellent quality...name brand muffins, excellent brewed coffee etc. Overall quiet and a good value.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was very limited.

Great for an overnight. Only bad thing was the shower wouldn’t drain.

Our room didn’t have a coffee maker. Couldn’t close the shower curtain because rod wasn’t installed correctly. Hot water was warm with being on the right instead of left. We were not impressed with the room

Nice, new, no frills property. Lots of great food and entertainment opportunities nearby, including delivery options. Super clean room, comfy new bed, soft pillows, and the AC keeps everything nice and cool. Perfect for a local staycation when you need a weekend away from the burdens of home. Would recommend for business travelers as well.

The staff was really nice.

I first booked room 313 but the AC did not work. Great customer serivice tho. Got a new room immediately but the door did not lock in my new room.

Stay was good, but the price changed from when i booked I got to the hotel and was charged more.

The property has been a La Quinta before changing over to a Hilton property. It appeared it had been renovated in some areas. Others maybe not or they hadn’t kept up. With repairs. Staff was amazing and attentive. First room had no AC, staff met me at door with keys to another room. AC worked but tv didn’t. Little things stuck out versus normal Hilton experience …. Paint in some areas looked less than professional. Bathroom floor in corner looked worn down. Anti slip strip in tub didn’t look clean and was peeling up at end. Elevator handle actually came off. Based on my positive experience with the staff, I felt like they would have handled all my observations professionally. Ultimately it was an ok experience, more in line with a lesser brand.

outlet was missing cover, no hand soap, crumbs/dirt on bathroom floor, breakfast selection was minuscule

Well I expected more for breakfast…

Hotel is good, very nice and clean. Issue is with breakfast. No milk, no cereal. After asking the front desk personnel, she said we have been out of cereals and hand soap for week.!!!

The property was nice. It was clean and staff was friendly.

Really good experience for our stay at hotel.

I reserved the room based on the amenities that were shown on the Expedia website. However, when I got there the advertised amenities were not available. Front desk supervisor spoke with Expedia and confirmed with Mary cherry that I should not be charged for the stay that I never did. I still got charged for one day. I have been back and forth with Xfinity on this who refuses to accept the fact that the hotel approved the waiver of all charges. The front desk Supervisor was wonderful
