The staff, available stores and restaurants were nice, but didn’t like the lack of continental breakfast selections (it was the same everyday). The housekeeping service was poor due to not having the room/bathroom cleaned well nor on time.

Its was very clean and the pool omg was amazing

I like that there’s a lot of options around to go to shopping or eating wise very close to the beach. Me and my family didn’t care for the lady that works the bar. She’s kind of rude. stayed over for other people, but on our first day there rushed to get out of there and didn’t provide very friendly service When we were about to get a drink.

Location was perfect for our destination. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was very efficient at check in and super attentive during our stay. Coffee was always available and breakfast was just enough for a day at the beach.

Remodelada creo hace unos dos años nos pareció super cómodo al desayuno si no logramos llegar pero nos gustó,regresaríamos.Hay restaurantes a solo 3 min caminando y eso nos gustó pudimos celebrar el día d ellas madres en u restaurante mexicano que está cerca muy bueno.

Great location to the beaches and restaurant. Cute clean beach style hotel. If I was coming back - I would stay there again.

Great guest service when checking in. Pool and pool bar amazing. Tub had some mold. Bed very comfy. No water pressure

I was really disappointed

The room was clean and the ac was cold as it was a hot summer day was so nice.

Dirty old air conditioners. Ended up leaving with a viral infection that sent me & my mom to the hospital.

Overall the stay was not unpleasant, but i wish it was better for the price we paid for our room. The room was clean, but small and did not have a private bathroom area. The door to the shower and toliet would hit the toilet and had to be pushed gently in order to open and close the door. Pros, we slept safely in our room, clean towels daily. Cons, our beds were not made, breakfast was just bagels and boiled eggs, pool area was always crowded and just okay.

The area was quite and safe. My cleaning expectations was good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want a price of quiet and cleanliness.
