I will never stay here again, the first time I gave a bad review, the photos were far from what I expected, I paid $1000 for three nights, and when I approached the room, it felt like a trip The beginning of the failure, it feels very cheap, the windows are dirty outside, the corridor is very small, the room is very small, there is a suitcase in the room, there is basically no space, it is said to be a refurbished room, but it looks really ordinary, I will immediately Went downstairs and checked out, no refund of a penny. I don't recommend

Awsome location!

Breakfast staff was super nice and front desk was very attentive to our needs. The service by all staff was top tier. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they came within 10 minutes each time or less. I just wish the room was larger. It’s quite tight and the furniture is not as functional as other hotels with small spaces. The bathroom is also very tight and our shower leaked every time it was used onto the floor (hence the extra towels).

The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was extremely small, with two double beds and basically enough room to slide around the beds. For a family of 4, it was very uncomfortable. This is probably fine for a quick business trip for a single person, but not even appropriate if you are more than one person (which is when you need the two bed rooms). The breakfast was fine (nothing exciting). People who worked there were very nice and helpful.

Awesome place in great location. Would come back afain

One of the two elevators was broken, and the functioning one was extremely slow. Rooms are noisy; I could hear a lot from adjacent rooms. I chose this place because it was convenient to my son’s apartment in Stuy Town but I would not stay here again.

Property is 16 minute walk to Union Square area. Very pleasant even during the evening. Lyft rides are easy to get, the entrance to the hotel is off the main road so it is quieter. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant.

Una excelente experiencia. Muy buena atención, excelente ubicación, desayuno perfecto. Tenía que tomar unas reuniones de trabajo online y me dieron la habitación unas horas antes, lo que me permitió tomarlas en la tranquilidad de la habitación. Únicamente la habitación tenía algunas manchas pero todo limpio. Para mí 10/10

This room was very small for 2 double beds. There was barely a walkway to get to the bathroom and other bed. Shower door does not keep water inside well, bathmat is drenched after each shower. Staff is friendly though and complimentary breakfast was good.

The staff were perfection. They were so beyond kind. Room was clean and nice. Only con was the tv kept saying it couldnt connect to wifi so we didnt watch the movie we wanted to. Minor things!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Overall, great stay.

Room size was inadequate and cramped. Lobby small and breakfast nook crowded and chaotic. Otherwise OK

We loved the old fashioned popcorn machine on the lobby and the smell of popcorn when you came into the lobby!

Close to Park Avenue Madison Square Park.

Aardig personeel, wilde ons overal mee helpen. Handig dat je wat drinken en snacks kan kopen. Bedden werd elke dag netjes opgemaakt en op ons verzoek steeds nieuwe handdoeken. We hadden om een rustige kamer gevraagd ivm de kids en die kregen we ook. Kamers zijn krap, maar prima te doen. Als je vroeg ontbijt is het prima, kom je tegen het einde/spitsuur is veel op en is het druk.

Location was superb. Front desk was pleasant. Simple, comfy rooms to rest your feet while exploring all of NYC
