Wij verbleven hier 6 dagen met onze kinderen in de leeftijd van 22, 15 en 13. Het hotel is schoon, de kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt en zijn comfortabel. Vanuit het hotel loop je in ongeveer 5 minuten naar de metro met korte reistijd naar bezienswaardigheden.
Verder goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

It was my families first time in NY and we enjoyed our stay. As soon as we walked in Nona helped us and made our check in process very convenient and Mary the female bartender was kind and amazing! I highly recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere.

The check in process was particularly slow at 9 30pm . And not just slow, the receptionist was rude for making us wait even though we were in the queue. Other customers were having trouble with the check in and waiting in the long queue
