Clean, great rooms and friendly staff!!!

Very peaceful

I there was an issue of the bathtub draining; however, it was addressed and fixed within minutes. The food could use a few more healthy choices, but was tasty. As a solo traveler, I felt safe.

Bathroom needed updating

This was the worst SpringHill Suites we have ever stayed in. Absolutely NOT a 3-star quality hotel. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Poor lighting at the vanity. Dirty carpet. Everything felt old. Even the colors in the room were not pleasant. The room smelled as if it had been a smoking room in the past. It also was a very small room for a suite. Smaller than the typical SpringHill Suites Double queen suite room. Check-in was fast and efficient, however I wouldn't say that the clerk was very friendly. Definitely not up to standards.

If I could give 0 I would. We were given a room with a filthy bathroom. Toilet was not cleaned, bathtub had hair in it. They gave us another room where the toilet had feces in it! We left the hotel

I stay here every time I'm in Wheeling. Convenient, clean, friendly staff & the views from atop the hill are beautiful!

Calm place with a good view.

Convenient. The room was freezing. Couldnt control the temperature. Didnt know how to turn on the tv. The water from sink faucet came out sideways, getting the counter all wet. We had to put towels to keep the water from going to the floor. No bath mat. The tub was very slippery and my husband fell, hitting his head on the shower wall.. i had to be careful as I had foot surgery and couldn't afford a fall.

Was easy to find from the interstate and very comfortable

Light fixtures were full of bugs and dirt. Common areas of hotel were uncomfortablely warm. Breakfast was not good. Had a 5AM wake up call that i did not ask for. Bathrooms and showers need upgrading. Shower heads were corroded.

There was no bathmat, no hand soap, no extra toilet roll, one of the 2 mirrors in the bathroom was dirty, there was hairs stuck to the shower wall and bathroom door and food was gathered behind and under the trash can. This place is in desperate need of upgrading and maintainance.

We loved the room set up,it was clean the only down fall was when we checked in the room was not ready,we were there for a wrestling tournament breakfast was included but we were not able to get it as it was served at 7 and we had to leave by 6:30 am for. The tournament I was yelled at by a worker for grabbing muffins for my boys to eat on the go I do think that should have been planned out better for the morning I'm sure none of those kids or families got the breakfast. Staff were rude,no creamer or sugar in the lobby coffee was cold and old.but other than that it was ok

The customer service was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice enough but the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on and the air conditioner made weird heeding noises all night. They had only one elevator working and it was very slow. The hot tub would not turn on and I was told it was being worked on. For the price my stay was underwhelming.

The room had a horrible moldy smell. The bathroom was not well maintained at all. When the heat kicked on, it smelled like it was going to catch on fire. Not what you would expect from Marriott at ALL

Hotel is clean, staff was amazing.
