Justice checked us in and she's awesome!! We were greeted with a smile and warm hello. The room has some moisture issues and some fixtures are shabby. But, our overall stay has been well.

Stayed for 3 nights getting daughter settled in new apartment. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good with excellent, kind staff in that area. Will stay here again.

The room is spacious. There are not much food for breakfast. We were there at 9 am but food was out and staff did not refill it. Staff just stay around and look at guests looking around for food.

Staff were extremely nice. Pool was amazing for my 3 children. Property was close to shopping areas and places to eat so we didnt have to drive far. We were allowed to use the dumpster as to keep majority of that service off of the housekeepers. I definitely didn't mind considering the travel with 3 children, my mom and myself.

The room was quite large, separate toilet and shower. The TV did not work, but otherwise, it was great.

Staff were very helpful and our room was nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel. I’d stay here again!

Very clean well laid out floor plan! Excellent water pressure and breakfast was great! The associate at check in was very friendly and helpful. And you’re welcome at the desk with little thank you snack bags! The only negatives would be our bathroom floor had several dirty shoe prints which led me to believe they either hadn’t mopped it or they walked around on it while it was wet and there were marks on the bathroom mirror that didn’t affect the use but gave the impression it wasn’t cleaned. The air in our room, though the temp showed 66 was barely cooling and the room felt a little muggy. And the last thing was the handicap parking. While appreciated it was some of the farthest from the entrance. All things easily corrected and didn’t change my overall opinion that I found it a very nice place to stay and would recommend!

Great breakfast

Quiet. Friendly staff. Very close to the mall. Ten minutes to FSU. Close to capital offices. Stayed with family.

Mattresses were in very bad condition.

I read reviews saying how friendly the staff was, and they were right! Every person I interacted with was genuinely kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Would love to stay here again!

Double charged by front desk

Excellent hotel, clean, nice breakfast. The only thing that needs a little attention was the pool, look like need some maintenance.

Rented a suite for a girls' weekend for my daughters and their friends. For what I needed, the suite I had fit the bill.

Good location, nice and spacious room. Hot breakfast.

Very nice and clean. Great breakfast options. But they did charge $3 a night for parking. That was unexpected and doesn’t make sense.
