The hotel was better than my expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the grounds were well kept. Highly recommend.

Modern and super clean hotel. But kind of hard to walk to Galleria so if that's your plan this may not be the place for you

Beautiful clean property and the staff were friendly. Loved the bathroom and bed was comfy. The location and parking felt safe.
Breakfast selections could have been better and I didn’t receive a free room upgrade. I also had to ask more than once about my free drinks for being a VIP member. It worked out but it was complicated not like with my other stays.
Overall I would come back!

The buffet breakfast offered fell far below the standard we got at other Staybridge suites!!- including the exceptional sister hotel at Nasa Clear Water, which we also stayed at last month.
For our VIP free beverage we received a small bottle of water, after having to insist that it was part of our booking!
