Nice place right on the beach. Short drive to restaurants and stores.

The hotel is on the beach, so it has a beautiful view. It's in a good location and the staff was kind. There was a kitchen, which was convenient. Our issue with cleanliness was due to a bug issue in our room. I reported it and they refunded the resort fee when we checked out. Not even sure why there was a resort fee.

We chose this hotel for economic reasons ! We did not want a five-star hotel, but we wanted a five star beach experience !!! And that is exactly what we got !!!! The beach is absolutely incredibly beautiful!!! The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the beds and the pillows are clean and comfortable for sleep after a fun filled beach day !! A rental car is necessary as there is no place to eat for about 4 miles . We absolutely loved our stay here and plan to return !!!!!

Overall the experience was pretty awful. I was not able to check into my room until almost an hour and a half past check in due to the room needing to be cleaned by housing. This made my guest and I miss our reservations we had set for dinner. As we were filling out paperwork to finally check in after an hour and a half past 4 PM (when we got there 10 minutes prior to our check in time at 4 PM), the cleaning staff came in to take their break, and they were laughing and singing and playing around, which would have been fine if we would not have been waiting for them to get their job done in order for us to get into the room we paid for. The staff person working on 4/4 around 5:30 PM apologized for the inconvenience which I appreciated, and she explained that hopefully some compensation could be found for us. I asked if we could check out an hour and a half late since we were not able to check in on time, but I was denied this request on several different occasions or told to ask the next worker who was working the day of. When we finally got into the room, it was not super clean. There was trash such as a hotel shampoo bottle, a cap, plastic debris, and dirt in the corner of the front room and a used styrofoam cup out on the balcony. So I do not understand why if we checked in so late that it was not cleaner. I then saw after my stay that I was charged $40.40 and have not been told why I was charged with this after calling about it. I do not recommend this place to stay at all

Pro's - located on the beach and the room was clean. Con's - the outside of the building requires major renovations

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Right on the beach, clean property and pool. Quiet area away from the crowds. The room had Everything we needed. Comfy beds.

Although the room was not very clean, the location, view, and amenities made it worth it!

Awesome place!

Room was clean but shabby. Patio and balconies have been declared unsafe by council inspector making private boardwalk access to beach unpassable. Outside areas scuffy and littered. Rubbish stored under fire escape stairs. Laundry facilities require 2.75 in quarters for each washer and drier. Nowhere close to purchase detergent. Would not use again

Hotel staff are very nice. Hotel is run down and needs work. Nice ocean view. There was a piece of flashing that was loose from the roof. When the wind blows, it bangs against the roof and it was very windy while we were there. There was a dumpster at the end of the building we stayed in so maybe they are remodeling g.

I was pleasantly greeted by the girl at the front desk. Check in was easy. Room was as expected. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast and coffee. It was convenient to be able to keep lunch stuff in the refrigerator. The view and beach access are superb.

What a "Magical" adventure! My wife and I have stayed here twice and we love it! Doesnt get much better than this! Makes a person believe in magic!

Property is on the beach and great views. Not a 5 star property but very adequate for our 1 night stay. Full kitchen is great if staying longer.

Under construction, loud noise early in the morning. Also housekeeping started knocking at 8:30 am and several times on the check out day.

We have stayed here a few times and always enjoy the experience
