The lobby area was run down looking and the bathrooms in the lobby area were horrible, paint peeling off the stalls, rust, gross looking tiles. I was really afraid at that point to find out what our room would be like. But when we got to the room we were pleasantly surprised. It was updated, bright, spacious and clean with a great ocean view.

Property really needs some renovations. Chipped paint. Dirty carpet in hallways. Smells like cigarettes. Dripping ceiling near lobby. Area is nice because it’s beach front. Rooms are nice but don’t expected daily housecleaning within the room.

For it to be this much a night I knew it wasn’t going to be luxury but it’s giving worse than Motel 6. My sheets on both beds was dirty. I went the first desk and they lady told me that the cleaning staff not doing their job , they short staff and they closing down at the end of the month. The guy that was there was so rude saying what do I want him to do it’s only them 2 their tonight and he could give me the sheets so I changed them myself

Overall the property was decent, but there are areas that stuck out to me that clearly needed a refresh/remodel. I wouldn’t say the property is “rundown” but I would say it’s dated and showing signs of its age. Floors and walls cracking apart, extreme wear in common areas such as elevators etc. When I first entered the property the first think I noticed was it smelled like a thrift store or a flea market. Overall the property reflects the price point and I’d stay again in a pinch. Overall not too bad for the price point.

The property is very rundown and requires a revamp, found a Mac burger in the microwave in the room don’t know how long it had been there it was gross, cleaners only supplied towels, didn’t make up the room and never cleaned the whole time of our stay. Pest controller were organised to come in to spray the room during our stay., could have been done during low season. Vehicle parking garage was a disgrace overflowing trash bins an filthy dirty.

All the floors need changing out. The carpet is unclean. The entire floor & room that I occupied smelled of cigarettes & marijuana. I even complained to the front desk. The room floors, curtains & walls need attention. Your hotel needs some renovation & update to the infrastructure.

Slow long check in line. I dont think anyone was alllwed to check in early for an extra fee.

The staff were all friendly and helpful at checkin. The parking garage was a great idea, however I think it should be something offered to guest without having to pay to park. The room was clean. Stayed pretty quiet throughout the night so we were able to relax. Overall it was pretty good

The arcade, the indoor and outdoor pool, the shower was awesom

Checking at 4 pm is to late and not having restaurants in the property made things worse but area definitely need update it was nothing about be a resorts I will not recommend to any one stay here

Great location. Rooms were great. Property is a bit dated. I believe they may be planning on renovations but the lobby needs and over haul. The lobby bathroom is in bad condition and there were buckets on the floor down a hall. I assume it was for leaks but not sure. The location was great and again our room was great. Had a balcony which was lovely. It’s good for the price point.

The room wasn’t clean, the balcony was trashed and no chairs to sit in outside. The elevators took VERY long waited almost 30 mins to go down. U had to get on an elevator to get to the parking garage and back on another to get to your room. No refrigerator was in the room we had to go down and ask for one. Blanket on the bed was very thin felt like a shower curtain. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again

last year when we came down there was tons of “improvements” happening, this year everything was doubled in price, from the actual rooms to the deposit more than doubled and the condition of the building was worse. elevator floors weak. routine maintenance that was only supposed to take “30 minutes” ended up taking 4-5 hours. disappointing and will not be staying here next year.
