Sunbird ANNEX 度假村

Super quiet, private. Staff were all friendly and helpful, day AND night [even in the middle of the night a few times], room was comfortable and clean. It was like living in a quiet resort community where everyone got along doing their own thing.

Just an overnight stay and was very good.

Good location, the price was decent, was a last minute trip.

Very nice buildings and sweets.

The hotel charged me for the room even though I said that the I paid for the room through expedia. He would not let me check -in/out without paying again. When I showed them my expedia receipt, I was told that is what expedia collects but the hotel does not get any of that money. I was told< if I did not like that policy, I would have to take it up with expedia because paying twice is standard. That is very poor pr business and customer service. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Any I would like help to get a refund for the double charge.

Parking was a little hard at night but everything else was great

The rooms are clean, the playground and pools keep the children busy, and I like the grill and fireplace and the breakfast is good.

We had a great stay!

The room was mostly clean and a good size. Tv was broken, and hundreds of cigarette butts right near the playground, my daughter was running right by them, should really have someone cleaning those up.

Was pleasantly surprised! I got a great price for this room and wasn’t expecting very much but it was a nice, big clean room with modern decor and a super comfy bed .The lady and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to find me a room that was ready as I arrived early ( shortly after noon) She personally walked to the rooms to find one that was ready for me. Breakfast was nice too! I would definitely stay in this hotel again . Hidden gem

We were very happy with our 1 night stay. The ladies at the front desk were kind and considerate. I had requested a king bed, they were kind enough to move us to second level with a king size bed. Room was clean & neat. A nice place to stay.
