The garbage outside hotel was not changed and the garbage inside our room was not take out during our stay. The room had an odor to it of wet animal. We had no on the go breakfast available to us. We had two towels for two people our whole stay. The tv did not work. We were unable to find an employee to get toilet paper and could not locate any in the open storage room had to purchase our own. This hotel was under new supervision and seemed to not have enough staff at the time to handle the people staying there or keep up with the maintenance of the building.

No one at the front and had to wait quite awhile for check in. Were told we would be getting towels and they were in the dryer. Upon entering the room, it smelled musty and wet. Floor dirty and had not been vaccuumed and stained. No tv remote. One bed was clean and one bed was dirty with stained sheets. No pillow cases. 45 minutes later, still no towels.The bathroom was clean but we had no hot water in the shower. No breakfast.The rest of the stay, never saw a worker and the window gate was down for 4 days. We talked to other guests staying and they were having the same problems. If you needed something, you had to find it on your own. We looked in the other unoccupied rooms since their door latch was open. All dirty. The neighbor said they entered their room and there was vomit all over the floor when they arrived to their room and made the person in charge clean it. Friends showed up a few nights later and had to wait over an hour before contact was made via phone calls and we’re still waiting 2 hours later before they decided to leave and find elsewhere. This place was absolutely disgusting and should not be in business. I am sure you will be seeing more reviews from other people since they were more than unhappy with their experience during their stay as well. The town had a rally going on for 4 days. This hotel could have brought in quite a bit of revenue if it wasn’t such a crap hole that has people living in it. Safety issues all over.

Checked in 5 hours late, she gave excuses. No shower curtain , towels ,tp or kleenex in the room. Pee stains on the sheets. A pile of vomit on the floor nest to the bed. Fridge froze our drinks. Microwave was disgusting. No cleaning the 4 days we stsyed. Soda machine was out of service. The garbage was never picked up.This hotel should be closed for any reservations. DO NOT BOOK HERE

There was no one there to check in and when we did they tried to tell us they over booked. We spared time and came back and they told us our room wasn't ready but all they had to do was put pillow cases on so we could drop our stuff off. There was no one at the desk so we couldn't get a key. We tried calling many times and no one answered so we had to call 6 times at 12am to get a key. We still had no towels or wash clothes. She said she would bring us some up and still on day 3 and none. Not staff around ALL weekend. They said they vacuumed and floor was disgusting and poop on the side of toilet

No towels, no pillow cases, dirty room. Another customer I talked to had puke in their room. Lady running place was very rude and detached

As I arrived to check in, I had to call for someone to come & check me in. She was painting in one of the rooms. As she ran my credit card, she related to me that she was doing everything from maintenance to housekeeping to check in to preparing the minimal breakfast offerings. I felt sorry for her as she related that employees were difficult to find and keep. Doubt I would stay there again.

Better off stsying at Super 8 or casino in Emmetsburg. Cleaner and cheaper than thos Super 8. Nice staff and cheap rates but you get what you pay for.

Rooms were disgusting, no batteries in the smoke detectors, showers sprayed water out of the wall, shower heard were full of calcium and lime build up, rear door had no security it was just unlocked the whole time, air conditioner didn’t work. We had to buy air fresheners to hang in the room, microwave was dirty. It was awful.

Ad states full breakfast and laundry facilities. Neither of these exist. There was not even coffee available. I stayed here for a week and the room never got cleaned. Had to go ask for clean towels and the trash never got emptied.

The room was very clean. Check in was fast and easy. Very nice customer service.

I was very displeased with this place. It was clean but no peace of mind. You could hear everything above you with other giests thru floors. The train track was right next to wimdow so it was very loud. Guest services woke us up way earlier than check out and i got off work at 6 am from a nursimg shift.

Dirty, sticky, stinky, dingy, musty most of the lights do not work, no shampoo or conditioner and room was in a basement with other room doors propped open as I walked the hallway, bucket in the hallway. The oustside also looks rundown. The kind of place that you want to take a shower after just walking in. The front desk woman had the charm of a wet mop. I came back and got my stuff as fast as I could because it is so creepy, I was afraid a murderer was going to jump out of the dark corners and slash me! Rented at real motel. Just plain gross and creepy and dark, needs to be shut down. REFUND my money.

Didn't like a coverlet with brown spots all over it. I don't think it was dirty, just stained
