The staff.

Traveling by motorcycle I stay frequently in Super 8 hotels. 1st issue was no blow dryer for my wife in the room. 2nd the tv was pre set so quiet you could not hear it with the AC on and no way to make it louder. The drain at the sink was so clogged with hair it would not drain. And I always like to have hearty breakfast but… no bagles, no waffle mix, no peanut butter. Really disappointed with this siper 8. But they are not all this bad. Oh we were there fir 2 night and had no room service, not sure if this is the norm but we made due with our wet towels for 2 days.

Pool was closed the first day and then when open it was so cold I couldn’t swim

The room was very comfortable and quiet. There was a nice amount of space in the room. We enjoyed our visit very much.

The location was perfect and near everything possible. We were visiting family and it was close to their home which is why I selected the hotel along with the price.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms.....will definitely come back and stay again. (-;

The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. But i used to consider this place one of the best Super 8's I've ever stayed at. Not after this stay. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet tank took 20-30 minutes to refill after flushing. There was a hole in carpet. But the worst part is the room had a very funky odor. Breakfast was no worse or better than your typical hotel breakfast though. The place is needing some TLC. Not sure Id stay here again.

There were only a few negatives to this hotel, so I'll list them first. The chair had some stains and one curtain was broken. Some of the furniture had abrasions. These are minor. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It had a nightlight in the bathroom. There's a Walmart and several fast food restaurants across the street, so it's convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Had an electrical receptacle by the desk that wasn't mounted to the wall box. I just had to insert the mounting screws. Bathroom was missing a light bulb. (quite dim). Seemed to be quite humid even with the AC running.

Tbh…. I would give it zero stars! They did not come in and clean our room the entire time we stayed. 3 days 2 nights. The exercise room is literally one machine and two treadmills. The pool was freezing cold. The breakfast was disgusting. The milk the first day was curdled, the waffle mix was spoiled. They never came in and refilled the juice. And the bagels were hard as a rock, the sausage and eggs and gravy was all very cold as well. The first morning the front desk worker had her child running around. Our second night my boyfriend daughter and her friend could not even find someone to get clean dry towels from. The only positivity is the AC worked great and the beds were pretty comfy. I would never stay here again. We stayed for the free breakfast and I wouldn’t have even feed it to my dog!

For the price overall good stay. The breakfast was not great, selection or taste but again for the price can’t complain. No fault of the hotel but we were woke up early in the morning to kids screaming and doors slamming. We had 4 rooms booked, a family member had a medical emergency and was not able to stay so we lost our money on a room, I wish the cancellation policy took this into consideration.

People !!! was amazing my room was clean and service was excellent...from front desk to the maid service it was a great experience!!

Very nice Super 8. I was surprised at the big lobby and the marble tile floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Walmart and McDonald’s are within walking distance.

Our first room smelled horribly of animal waste! I’m generally not a complainer especially for just a 2-night stay where we wouldn’t spend much time in the room, but the smell was horrendous they had to have known when they cleaned it that it was foul smelling. The front desk person upon my complaint said “oh yeah, we had a dog stay & it went pee in there so we are going to have to have the carpets cleaned.”… but they had put us in there anyway knowing it smelled terrible! She did admit it probably should have been blocked off & not rented. I understand when you allow pets this stuff can happen, but I did not like that they tried to rent it out with such a foul smell. They should have blocked it off as the desk clerk said until it was properly cleaned. They moved us to another room (on the 2nd floor) and it was fine so most of my rating is based on the 2nd room.
