The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, parking got a little tight with people from other businesses parking in the lot.

Front desk and cleaning staff very friendly! Need more than one pancake machine so you don’t have to stand in line and wait since that is what everyone was waiting for. Floors are really squeaky as heard people above walk every step. This hotel needs a lot of updating for the price they charge during the summer months. Dining room very small area!

Good location but rooms were not comfortable for our family

Not what you expect in a chain motel these days. Everything, always clean. Everything maintained. Rooms cleaned daily, new bedding and towels daily. Friendly staff - a good place to stay right along the main drag in Hill City.

Wi-Fi did not work in my room. I had to go to the lobby every single time I needed to do anything on the web. Keys did not work. Outside door had to be kept propped open where people smoke filling the hallway with smoke. Staff was fine. SSStaffsmokeDoworkcs

room was ok, bed comfortable, but AC was very loud and did not seem to cool very well. I did like that I could open the window for the cool evening air.

We were glad we choose to stay here for the end of a road trip! The check in process was easy! The rooms are a little dated but mostly only in the bathroom area. We were suprised with the options for breakfast as well. We loved spending time at the pool as well!

Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful town

We canceled our second night and still have not been reimbursed.

Refrigerator was dirty room smelled musty coffee maker dirty. Breakfast was cereal and toast bagels was disappointed with stay. Parking lot small if driving a Ford 350. Loud was on first floor by ice machine due to stairs for upper or lower rooms.

It was nice. The breakfast was okay. I would have liked some fruit.

Room was dirty. Housekeeping took towels but didn't replace them. Didn't replace coffee. Coffee pot didn't work. Asked for a replacement and was given a dusty/dirty well used one. Parking was horrible. Guests on floor above us started running and jumping around at 5 am. Called the front deak and noone answered. And the guy who checked us in was very upset we did a 3rd party booking. Do not recommend.

Fits well in the area and is the center of everything

Pancake machine, juice machine out of order. Small yogurts were in a mixing bowl in the sink near dirty dishes in ice. Yogurt was leaking out the top. Only some bread and cereal available.

It was good for the price. Breakfast wasn't the best, but the bed was comfortable and the man checking us in was very nice.
