Clean room, parking

Room showed defects like cabinet door handle destroyed, shower not repaired, small details but it is easy maintenance that shows kind of a lack of attention.

I like it because its near a food shopping center and you can even walk from the hotel and its just a 100 meters away. What I don’t like is, it is located on a very busy area. You can hear trucks and cars from your room. But over all the place is good.

There was black mold in the bathroom and the smell was very very strong of mildew , and then smoke in the morning.

No elevator. Some guests appear to be long term renters and heavy smokers. We checked in the hotel around 11 pm and killed at least half dozen German roaches before 7 am the next morning. We would like to attach the photos and videos of the German roaches.

It was ok it served a purpose and that’s all.

Room smelled musty. Toilet bowl was not cleaned. Hair in the shower. Key cards to outside doors and room were glitchy and took several attempts to open the doors.

Was exactly same as shown in in the picture; from bedsheets to curtains

Definitely does not worth the price I was charged. Toilet stained, gross looking around rim. Tissues in box on table looks as if though they were taken from another box and stuffed in. Room door did not look secure, had to push bench against it.

The room was clean and good. The staff was not friendly and supportive. In our communication, we were assured in writing that we were going to get a room close to the lobby in the first floor (traveling with a senior with accessibility issues). We were literally given the farthest room from the lobby!

This hotel was absolutely filthy. They were hairs in the tub when we got there. Hairs on the toilet dirt everywhere. No amenities in the room not even plastic cups.We stayed two nights. The room was not made up in the morning. No fresh towels, no made up beds. It’s shocking how expensive this hotel was for the lack of cleanliness and service. Also no elevator.

Had to re-key room card every day, unfriendly front desk, vending machine didn't have Coke or Pepsi Zero, small dark room with weird smell.The only good thing was the breakfast.

The people working there were very nice. It is very old, smelled musty, and just run down. We were told that the plaster in the shower was falling off. The room smelled bad and we think one of the beds may have had bugs because my daughter had many bug bites. We would not stay here again.
