had a great stay. the location is AMAZING for getting to the mall and the amphitheater! it was clean and has a ton of amazing amenities like free coffee and hot cocoa. the only issues i had were that the TV’s are not smart TV’s and that the bedding is just a sheet and a duvet cover, so sleeping with the AC on i was cold. if i am back in the syracuse area for any reason i will be staying here again!!!

The outlets and usb connections on the bedside unit were not working. Had to unplug the light and move the bedside table in order to be able to plug in a cpap machine and charger. No outlet available on the other side of the bed either.
Otherwise a comfortable stay. Quiet, bed was good. Room clean.
